Prefect home away from home!

Very nice home. One of the best stocked kitchen we've had.Comfortable primary bed. Pool was amazing. Several toys for our granddaughter to play with.Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great stay. Location was perfect for games at Arizona Athletic grounds and close to restaurants in Gilbert and San Tan village. House was spacious and host was very accommodating

This beautiful home was a perfect getaway. The property was close to many restaurants and a lot of shopping, just a short drive to downtown Scottsdale, and just a couple hours from Sedona and the gorgeous landscape there. Mandy was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely would stay here again if coming to the area.

We stayed here because our son had a soccer tournament at the Ari Zone Athletic Fields, and the location was perfect for us. We were looking for something nearby that could comfortably accommodate our family of five, and this home was a great fit.Mandy was an excellent host—very welcoming and easy to communicate with—and we truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and made our trip even more enjoyable.We’ll definitely be back, as we have more tournaments in Arizona coming up!

The backyard was great. I privacy of not being right up against a neighbor was very nice and enhanced with landscaping. The alcove provided a nice shaded area to get out of the sun a bit and still enjoy being outside.We really enjoyed the location being near the Santan Village.

What a great spot! The house was very nice and the pool & hot tub were fantastic . We stayed in March so we paid the additional fee to heat the pool and hot tub and it was so worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was set up well for a quick family vacation. Enough space for our kids and the pool was perfect. The area felt safe and there’s a lot to do.

This was a great rental experience! The communication with the host was excellent and responses were nearly immediate for the few questions I had. The “instruction book” for the property was the best I’ve ever seen. This home was also so very clean - and I say this because my husband commented on it, and he is one to really notice floors and such. We found everything that we needed in the kitchen and labeling was very helpful. Location was ideal. We ate at several very nice restaurants within 10 minutes of the property (and also In-N-Out Burger because we just had to once). All stores we needed (Target, grocery, etc) were within a few minutes. We will definitely try to stay here again next year if we come for spring training.

Very nice house! Great central location. Grocery store nearby. Nice walking trails. House was very clean and well appointed. We would of been outside but there were many bugs...so that was not great. Just a function of the time of year i think. I would recommend the house for sure.

Clean house with cold AC, beautiful back yard with pool and hot tub! Loved our 7 day vacation. We will stay here again

This house was perfect for or needs, and it was as advertised. The host was great to work with, and responsive.

We thought the property to be very clean and as we expected except for the pool and hot tub use. Vrbo site says heated pool and hot tub. It wasn't until we arrived and read the notebook that to have the heat turned on in the pool was 70 per day and 20 per day for hot tub. At that point it would have probably taken our entire stay to heat and we felt the ad was misleading. Please correct me if I am wrong and missed something in the ad.

We could not be happier with our stay at this property. Mandy, the host , was very responsive to any issue. The home was clean, comfortable, perfect in location for quietness and facilities. We will definitely stay here again if it is available when we plan our yearly stay.

This is the second year we have rented this house. It’s a nice place in a quiet neighborhood that is real close to fry’s grocery store and other shopping and restaurants. The pool heat doesn’t seem to be very warm compared to other places we have stayed but it was manageable. Only real complaint is the trees around the pool drop leaves in it and can also shade out the sun. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Stayed here for a softball tournament in December. Kids loved the pool and spa. Plenty of space inside the house for everyone to relax and feel at home. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Highly recommend.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, was clean and had all the needed supplies for a long stay. Mandy was kind enough to accommodate our request for early check-in, and was quick to respond on a couple of inquiries we had during our time there.

The house has everything you need. The back yard is perfect. The pool and hot tub were perfect.

Mandy was a great host with a beautiful property. As a family with small ones, we very much appreciated all of the extras in the house to make packing easier! This property is family friendly, clean and identical to how it is displayed in the listing! If we find ourselves in AZ again, we would certainly consider this property!
