South Gilbert is an upper-end community with plenty of great restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Hiking in the beautiful San Tan Mountain Regional Park is only minutes away. Hop on the 202 and drive to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or one of the many arts and entertainment districts in the Valley. Head south on the I-10 to Tucson, or north on I-17 to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Or…perhaps just stay put, have a cocktail, and relax with a good book or movie for the evening!brThis one-story home is simple and deceptively spacious, with an open floor plan.
