The communication, check in and out process and convenience of the location are a 5/5! The reason why we said a 4 is because the beds were not as comfortable as we anticipated from the reviews and we felt the carpet really needed to be replaced.

We very much enjoyed our weeklong stay in the house. The location of the house was perfectFor our agenda. We were 10 minutes away from our Pickleball camp at Gilbert regional Park. We were five to ten minutes from shops and restaurants. We took a day trip to the Oro Valley. We hiked in Phoenix twice. The location of the house made it super easy to catch a highway to wherever you wanted to go.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and check-in was smooth and simple. Having all the baby essentials available was a huge help, it saved us from having to lug everything with us and it made our trip so much easier.The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made the stay even better.

We were in town for a wedding and the condo was central to all the locations we need to be. It was very comfortable and we all appreciated the hot chocolate option, we don't drink coffee and not many places offer hot coco instead, so we all appreciate it. Thanks

We had a very comfortable stay. Owner was responsive to needs (like adjusting the thermostat). It was convenient having access to a garage since there wasn't much parking available and location was excellent for our visit. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Brandon is great at communicating when I had questions. The home is very clean, well supplied with linens, kitchen items and utensils. The location is easy to get to everything. There isn’t a lot of outdoor/yard space if that’s something that is important. I spent a lot of time away from the house except in the afternoon or evening and would definitely stay again.

Our second time staying at G-Town and loved it! Super clean with plenty of extra linens, towels and a stocked bathroom. Staying here is just like staying at home. There are spices and coffee stocked, so cooking isn’t a hassle. Definitely would stay again!!!

Excellent stay. Clean, nice neighborhood and quiet. This vrbo is well organized, from the checkin to the checkout. Kitchen is well stocked, and garage parking is very convenient. Internet was blazing fast and the pool was close. Overall a great stay and a great value!

The cleanliness and attention to detail was perfect. Felt like home, which is just what we wanted. Close to shopping and one of the best coffee shops ever! We will definitely stay here again when we visit in a few months.

This little town home is darling and very clean It has two beds and a futon. It’s decorated so cute and the owner is incredibly accommodating. Super easy check in and out. The pool deck was being re-done so sadly we didn’t get to use it.

Second time visiting, and it was perfect for our family! We’ll be back!

Amazing experience. We had to leave our state during the wildfires, and our family was quickly able to settle into this home with minimal disruption to the routines of our young kids. It was clean, spacious, high-tech so my husband could easily work, had every amenity we could possibly need, was kid-friendly, and had a washer/dryer and a garage. Being able to come to this comfortable home after a chaotic few days was just what we needed. Brandon is super responsive. We’ve already booked our next stay (hopefully without wildfires at home this time). It was great! Very clean. Had trouble with app to get informationon unit. Would recommend a hard copy back up on some of important info like WiFi passwords, how you want to handle temperature requests and how to use electric kettle. Very responsive, but I am sure it was annoying for the owner.

Location was driving point of rental-house was clean and accurately described. Properly was located short distance from great restaurants/bars.

Nice and clean, quiet, easy check in and check out, everything worked and we had no issues. Great location to San Tan shops and getting on the 202. The bedrooms are up stairs and that worked out okay too. It was a nice added touch to have sound machines in the bedrooms. Although, I always bring my own. I would stay here again.

Overall my stay was great. A little concerned when I arrived and there was no running water. Water turned on approx 3 hours after initial contact Great neighborhood but new fiber optics being put in and several times could not exit driveway. No warning about very loud construction One morning could not exit either door due to construction which owner had no control over
