Once inside, you'll be greeted by the living room which features a queen sleeper-sofa, large TV and a cozy corner with extra chairs. Just past the living room is the dining room with seating for six with views of both the kitchen and the living room. The spacious kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and a bistro table with two chairs overlooking the backyard! brbrThere are two bedrooms on the main level. The first is just off the front door and features a queen bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and access to the patio and backyard.There is a fireplace in the bedroom, however, it is not operational. You'll find the remaining beds downstairs. Please note that the steps to the basement are steep. We have left a set of bells on the door for those who wish to be alerted when the door is opened for safety. There are four twin beds downstairs and ample space for blow-up mattresses should you choose to bring one! brbrDon't forget to checkout the backyard, where you will find multiple outdoor spaces! There is a private patio off the second bedroom and a larger patio area off the basement! If any of this makes you uncomfortable, we recommend finding accommodations elsewhere :). brThis is an older home with all the quirks of an older home. We love our house and have devoted ourselves to making it clean, comfortable, and unique for our guests. If you are looking for a brand new luxury experience, our home might not be for you.brbrWe require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.brbrIf you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.brbrWe are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

This inland corridor from the interstate to the water looks rough, but it is not a safety concern as it is largely abandoned. It's just unsightly. Driving to the home, you may question why you booked the house. Once you arrive in our actual neighborhood, though, you will love it.
