This home was perfect for my family and I. Very roomy , clean and great location .

The host was very rude when it came to communicating. All he had to do was be polite but everything else was fine when it came to the property just no parking space.

The host was so easy to work with before and during our stay. We loved the older home and the neighbors were very nice. They even let my 4 yr old daughter play with their dogs.

This beautiful home sits on an idyllic street. It was immaculate and absolute perfect for our family. It was near everything place we needed to attend. The host was responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to stay at this home over and over whenever I'm in Mobile. If you have the opportunity, please reserve this house for your next stay!

The beds were so comfortable and it was a very spacious and nice place to stay. Such a quaint, quiet street. If you stay be sure to bring your own showering toiletries and hair dryer. We had to go to the store to get those, we assumed they would be available, but they didn’t provide those things at the house.

The house was a perfect fit for our team's trip to Mobile. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Hank was very communicative and accommodated us when we needed to change plans.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lovely location near town. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. If you plan to do a lot of cooking at the house, there are plenty of plates, glasses, cups but serving dishes, cookware, and kitchen towels are limited. We had a great time!

The house setup was great. Rooms were clean and it had what we needed. Having 3 bathrooms was great allowing multiple people to shower at the same time, and with 4 different rooms to sleep, it was very convenient. Would have been nice to have a couple of hangers available in the closets.On the negative side, we were provided the wrong code to enter the house by the owner. We sat on the front porch for almost 50 minutes trying to get in contact with him, before a representative from VRBO was finally able to give us a phone number we could text. All we had before that was using the message system on VRBO, and it seemed like he wasn't looking at that. It was an unfortunate way to start the trip.The house is also smart-friendly, which is just a little weird with devices all around the house. From a renter point of view, hard to know what is being looked at or listened to while we are in the house. I assume nothing, but is does the house need to be smart-friendly? We used the light switches on the wall and the tv remotes that were provided.

Host needs to do some extensive interior maintenance for the actual appearance of the house to match/exceed the photos on the listing. I know it's a older house but rentals like these require regular maintenance for them to be functional and welcoming. We had a 2 night stay and experienced several issues that I have already shared with the host. Future guests just need to be aware and plan accordingly.

Pleased with the location though I was skeptical when I first arrived. The neighborhood is very old and seasoned. Looks like it is trying to come back. It’s tight, parking is really limited to two vehicles so take heed in the hosts recommendations. I recommend, don’t park in the street, risk of car getting side swiped. The property had a few left over things that the cleaning crew missed, dishes/cups left out. No big deal just noted. No issues to report, check out was easy.

We loved this home! It’s was convenient to down town. It was perfect and in a nice neighborhood! Will stay again!

Nice historic house with modern amenities. Close to downtown.

We booked the house on Hallett for our youngest daughter’s wedding !! The bathrooms were perfect for our getting ready … especially the master !!! It’s huge !!! Checking in was so easy and the lights in the front yard trees made us feel like we were enjoying mobile like a local !!!! Highly recommend !!!!
