Villa in Toscana - Reggello con Piscina, Wi-Fi, Giardini.

Eduardo’s property was perfect for our family of 5’s stay for 4 days in the Tuscany region. We had access to the entire compound, including olive tree grove, grape vines, and countless other vegetation. The pool was cleanly and a great amenity for our use during our stay. For our stay, it was the ideal setup for space, amenities, and cost.The town is located approximately 45 minutes to Florence, hour to Siena and surrounding vineyards, and 5-10 minutes from the local town. We would recommend renting a car if staying at this property due the proximity from the main cities and other attractions.

My family stayed here while attending wedding events nearby. It’s beautiful farm style living! Chickens, olive trees, grape vines and more all on the property. We enjoyed fresh eggs and olive oil from the property! Eduardo and Magena were very communicative and welcoming. Because the home is tuscan rustic and in the countryside, don’t be alarmed by a few ants/bugs. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This house is so beautifully situated! Gorgeous grounds with lots of sitting space and a beautiful pool. My boys LOVED the dartboard and ping pong. We loved local restaurant 1250 and the proximity to Florence and Lucca. The bathrooms have great hot water and water pressure. A luxury in Europe. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave. The host is very communicative and kind, making checkin easy. I’d highly recommend for a beautiful Tuscan trip!

This is a great villa in a lovely small town in Tuscany. Eduardo and Magena are great host. They have the best olive oil and can recommend a private chef to come make you a wonderful Italian dinner. We stayed 6 nights and visited several locations in the area including Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Senia.

Had a great two week vacation at Eduardo's place in Reggello. Beautiful little cabin with a pool and well kept yard, set within an olive orchard and vineyard. Hosts passed along some fresh eggs from the hens and tomatoes from the property. The house seems quite new by Italian standards and is in excellent condition. Pool is fantastic. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot for small groups and families.

Our family stayed 2 weeks at this fantastic little paradise. Everything was like you can see on the pictures and in the description. A fantastic area just for your own. No disturbance from outside and you are also not disturbing anybody. The house and the pool are in very good shape and the highlight is clearly the garden with all the vegetables, fruits and fresh eggs from chicken. The perfect escape from a stressful life. Magena and Eduardo are fantastic hosts, they are supporting you if you have questions or any issues. We can highly recommend this house and their hosts.

There were seven of us staying for three nights in July 2024. It was simply amazing in every way. It was a highlight of our Italy experience. The location is in a great location for adventuring in Tuscany, but we had so much fun at this house. We used the pool, outdoor seating areas (numerous), grill, and games everyday. The house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were really nice too. So quiet and private, the grounds were so pretty. Speaking of which, you are nestled in the middle of gardens, fruit trees, grapes, olives, it’s agritourism, as we were welcomed to pick and eat anything we wanted. We made numerous delicious salads and grilled veggies right from the garden. Our entire family loved this place and Eduardo and family were so welcoming and helpful. We wish we were there for a week and want to come back and stay again. 100% recommend this place and 100% LOVED IT! Wow.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy villa. It was close to some of the areas we wanted to explore. Our host was wonderful and answered all of our questions promptly

This farmhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The setting for the house was beautiful and the vegetable and fruit plantings added to the beauty of the grounds. The tomatoes from the farm were delicious! The pool was refreshing and perfect for the kids to have fun in after a day of visiting different towns in Tuscany. The pics are a good representation of the property. We were about an hour away from every town we visited and that was perfect for us. We checked out Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, and Monteriggioni. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We also had fun playing ping pong and foosball. Communication with Magena through whatapps was easy and her rec for a restaurant was just right. On our first night, we had help from Magena to arrange Lorenzo to cook us a multi-course meal. It was delicious and well worth it. The town of Reggello is charming and has everything you need for breakfast and dinner (and gelato!) if you decide not to cook. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a beautiful stay, in a beautiful setting…it was just so peaceful. We definitely needed longer there!! It was a well appointed house in a gorgeous setting with vines, olive trees and a massive range of fruit, vegetables (and laying hens!) that our hosts invited us to take as we wished! (The tomatoes were incredible!) The pool was amazing and there was table tennis, a basketball hoop and darts - perfect entertainment for our young people. The house was very clean and well appointed. Magena was so attentive and helpful with any questions that we had. All in all 5 star - we would definitely return and recommend to others.
