Security is provided 24/7 and only guests with passes can enter the condos.brNo keys are required – main door has keyless entry with guest code. Three HD TVs are provided, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. WIFI is provided at the condo and throughout the property along with several cable channels.brThe master bedroom has an attached bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds with an attached bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a half bath in the hallway. The condo will sleep eight. Fresh linens and towels are provided. brThe kitchen counter wraps around with two counter height bar stools. There is also a dining table with eight chairs. Stove, dishwasher and microwave are provided along with dishes, utensils, and cookware. In addition, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, can opener and other small items are provided. A stacked washer/dryer is also included.brThe resort has five swimming pools including a designated pool and hot tub for the Bristol Tower. Lounge chairs are provided around the pool – bring floaties or tubes for kids. Also, bring beach towels if you plan to go swimming in the pool or in the ocean. Outside showers are provided at the boardwalk. Ice chests, umbrellas, beach chairs, and tents can be taken to the beach but must be removed at night. Beach side lounge chairs with umbrellas and kayaks, para sailing and jet skis can also be rented during summer months.brA Club House is located next to the Bristol Tower. The Club House amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person for the days you choose. The fee is based on the size of the condo and the number of days used during your stay.
