Great view of the ocean. Ideal for a couple or very small family. Bring everything you would need to operate your own home and I do mean everything. We loved the area.

The condo and grounds was very nice and well kept all the workers there also was nice if I had any complaints it would be the sliding door way to hard to open I called about it and was told they knew about it BUT nothing got done about it most times my wife couldn’t open it

Pros: The Beach Club is a one of a kind resort with everything you need. I love that we don’t have to leave once we arrive. Just park and play! The view from the balcony - amazing. The condo was clean.Kitchen had just enough to get me by, including some utensils we used for grilling on the resorts BBQ grill. Fun, fun, fun! Cons: The outdoor furniture depicted in the photos is not what is there. Not even close. The master bedroom says it has a Queen. I would bet anything that if you checked the mattress tag, that is definitely no bigger than a double/full. Sleeper sofa and bunk beds were not comfortable either. Maybe if you have young kids that don’t mind. I had a sore back after this vacation. Communication: I emailed the renter once with a simple question about a box fan, and never received a response. Also, one trash bag and 2 rolls of TP for 5 days? Seemed very thrifty. There are other ways to save on toiletries. Running renters out of trash bags seems silly.Enjoyed the stay, because you can’t ever go wrong with the Beach Club, but will try one of the newer buildings next time and pay a little more money for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. I just think the owners should put a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture and I’d give it 4 stars.

The property was in magnificent shape and right on the beach. The pool area was area was wonderful. The owner was very easy to contact and responded in a very timely manner. The only thing I would recommend would be placing an ironing board and iron in the unit and a small table on the patio. We will definitely consider staying there again.

This property was a resort. Felt very safe with its own guard house where somewhere is there at all times.Very clean and well maintained. Property grounds was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We had a beautiful view from the 12th floor. Kitchen was very well stocked. We were hoping for a king bed, it was not. Enjoyed our stay!

The property was perfect for a beach getaway. Beautiful view and clean property.

FYI * PROPERTY OWNER ONLY. While the interior decor was pleasing the property needed a thorough deep cleaning. Bathroom tub was chipped, re-caulking job was piecemeal & poorly done, leaking faucet tub. Walked barefooted on floors & feet were black. The side of the 'frig had splatters of food, interior shelf rusting, mirrors in baths are aged & rusting. Heating system roared. Wanted owner to be aware his cleaners are not doing their job. Dropped item near back of headboard & the floor hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Priced right. Sorry for negativity. DO NOT POST. FYI ONLY.

Making reservation was easy. Great communication from owner. Clean, comfortably furnished. Will definitely rent again when we need a one bedroom.

Our stay at this property was great! Beautiful resort, great activities for the kids and adults, and close proximity to a few good restaurants. The balcony view was excellent! The unit was nice but it could stand a good deep clean and a few updates. However, we would definitely stay here again. There was no hairdryer or iron/ironing board. Not a deal breaker but just an fyi.

This was my first beach vacation ever. Absolutely loved the place. I chose to take it. The view from the balcony was amazing. Watched the sun rise over the water every morning. Walked on the beach every morning would gladly stay here again.

The condo met our needs as a couple for a nice beach vacation. Easy access to the beach and pool. The balcony offers a great view of the gulf and amazing sunsets. The bed is soft and comfortable. The condo with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Be sure to bring your beach stuff and a hairdryer. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

The condo was perfect. Great location. Loved having in and around the condo. We had absolutely no problems. The condo was well-supplied and had everything we wanted. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful week-long stay here at this property. The unit has been updated since the listing photos were taken - all the bedding and balcony furniture seems fairly new compared to what is seen in the property photos. Our trip was incredibly relaxing, and I could not have been happier with our decision to book this property for our stay. The walk to the beach was easy, the building was kept very clean, parking was a breeze, and our balcony view was unmatched! We would definitely stay here again and could not have enjoyed our trip anymore than we did.

The condo location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again at this same unit soon!
