There is a new light fixture over the dinning room table.br brOur 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, non-smoking condo is newly updated and decorated. The unit has a beautiful gulf view that can be enjoyed on the balcony where you can also hear the sounds of the waves. brbrThe kitchen is equipped with all new, 06/2015, major appliances, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a blender. The above stove microwave is new as of January 2022. New kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed December 2021. The peninsular now seats three comfortably. For those who enjoy tennis or basket ball we have four courts and a full court basketball court. Horse shoes and shuffle board are available for those who choose a less strenuous activity. If you are an avid golfer the Kiva Dunes golf course is right next door, you don't even have to leave the resort and can come home for lunch.br There are several restaurants and sports bars in the area so we don't have to travel to Gulf shores for our meals. A harbor that provides chartered fishing trips along with pontoon boat rentals and jet ski rentals is just down the road from our resort. If you get tired of the peaceful setting and would like to go down town it is a nice fifteen minute drive to Gulf Shores.
