BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The beds were hard as a rock, the master bath shower would only get about lukewarm, the kitchen was scantily stocked. We were only staying g for a long weekend so we made it work but I would be unhappy if I were staying an entire week.

    This is a great unit. Had everything we needed. All amenities were great. But FYI, the toaster needs to be replaced. Such a minor thing I hate to mention it but I think the owner would want to know.

    Very clean unit. Beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. Bonus that the ice maker worked. Loved the 3 bedrooms making the stay easy with our 2 teens. Easy parking. Unit could use a few updates and Wish the pool would have been heated for our March stay but the hot tubs were great.

    The furniture was worn and the couch very uncomfortable. The tvs were tiny in the bedrooms. The dryer didn't work very well. It would take 3 hours to dry towels. The location was convenient. Wasn't satisfied for the amount I spent for five nights.

    Very nice, liked the location - didnt seem overly crowded. Condo was good, good view, few hiccups but that is to be expected, toliet didnt flush good, took awhile for hot water to heat up, but would come back again

    Loved the location, Pier 33 right across the street, could use an ice machine in the complex, there is plenty of room for it. But the condo itself was amazing. Would definitely come back. And Joe the security guard is awesome!

    We stayed with another couple and 4 kids between us. It was perfect! We looked forever for a condo with two primary king bed suites plus a bunk room for the kids that was a reasonable price. This one worked great! The huge balcony was a big plus. All of the appliances and cooking utensils you could possibly need. The pool was kinda small but the youngest of our kids enjoyed it. The gym was ok for keeping up on our morning workouts before heading to the beach. But mostly we spent all our time on the beach. This condo was a perfect location and view for a week of beach time. Really cute decorations as well. Thanks for the great stay!
