There is free WIFI and cable. brbrSome other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking. brbrThe Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. We are starting here at this condo in March 2026 and the new owners, Paula & Mike Bayack, are refreshing the condo and putting their touch on it. A lot of new things going into the condo giving it a new vibe. It is a huge pleasure to work with good people and ones that love the beach and concentrate on making our guests always the #1 priority. If you are not familiar with Gulf Shores the hub area of the beach is at The Hangout which is at the end of Hwy 59. This is our public beach area. We are at 433 West Beach Blvd which is all of ¼ mile from The Hangout. That means you are near a lot of things. You get to walk to places to eat or places to shop. Or walk to just enjoy a walk. Since Tropic Isles is right on the beach you are steps away from being on the beach and having one of those memorable beach walks either east or west. brbrWhy come to Gulf Shores For one thing it has been the kind of place that people return to over and over again. Families have been raised going on vacations year after year. There is something about being at this place with the prettiest beaches. Super white sand. Big beach. Pretty water. But the city of Gulf Shores never feels huge. It is a mixture of new and old. You see places that have been here for years and you see places being built today. There is no lack of things to do.
