Stayed Jul 2, 2025The property is nice and a lot nicer than some of the other places around the area . We were a group of 8 . 4 adults and 4 kids and we were very comfortable. The condo was clean and the location was the best part . The beach is maybe a 5 min walk away . Plus there are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Stayed May 19, 2025The place had an infestation of termites!! The refrigerator was making an odd noise.. probably due to freezer being frosted up so bad it was hard to close it. We had to leave before out reservation was over.. asked for a full refund, but only received a third of what I paid. Totally ruined our vacation!! We will never stay in Gulf Shores, Alabama again. Also, lost 170.00 in good. Worse vacation we ever experienced!!

Stayed May 10, 2025This was our first beach vacation. We loved the room location, and the property was superb. The location is very close to the beach, so walking is a breeze. The unit is clean, modern and gated.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Awesome property. Close to everything. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and probably another five minute walk to all the restaurants. There’s also a small pool there free to use. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were thrilled with our stay at the Seaview Cottage. It was well equipped and clean. The easy access to the pool and beaches across Beach Blvd make this place the ultimate stay in convenience. You can easily walk to several restaurants if you choose not to fuss with parking. Communication with the property management was excellent as well. Don’t skip this one!!
