We’re also less than 40 minutes from Auburn, making this location perfect for your football weekend getaway. Our house is protected from the main channel’s massive choppy water by the Silver Hill peninsula. This 3BR / 2.5 BA has everything you need to relax comfortably and enjoy family and friends. You will enjoy the large porch and stone fire pit, both with a great views of the Lake. The covered boat dock offers lots of space for play. This cozy rental is only minutes from Chimney Rock, Chuck's Marina and Stillwaters Golf Club. The Union boat ramp is only a mile away! Centrally located, you will enjoy boat rides daily to multiple different beaches, Goat Island and all of the Marinas on the Lake. Your private boat dock has an electronic boat lift and multiple spaces for docking other boats.brThe ground floor has the master bedroom, master bath and a 1/2 bath. Also, on the ground floor you will be able to sleep 2 in the fold out sectional. Two bedrooms upstairs both having a queen bed plus a twin XL over queen bunk bed. The full kitchen is upstairs, but there is a kitchenette with a full refrigerator downstairs as well. There are full bathrooms in each bedroom with an additional 1/2 bath upstairs. The bunk room is attached to the downstairs guest bedroom and is a double/twin set up. brbrThe best part of the home are the over 1500 square feet of porches! There are multiple seating areas, a full dining table and swing bed all from which you can enjoy panoramic views of beautiful Lake Martin sunsets. There's also a hot tub for dipping in on cooler evenings! brbrOur home is located just 30 minutes from Auburn University, and only 10 minutes off of HWY 280. This is the perfect location on Lake Martin. There are numerous restaurants and stores close by including Lake Martin Pizza Co., Oscar's, Poplar Dawgs, and Niffers. Immaculate Pet-Friendly Cabin with The Best View on the Lake!

4 bedroom / 3 bathroom ADORABLE cabin in Dadeville, located in the Paces Point area (a.k.a. Pleasure Point) on Lake Martin! We're centrally located on the lake - 30 minutes from Auburn and just off HWY 34. This is cabin has incredible 180 degree unobstructed “big water” water views, deep year-round water, one of the largest boat docks on the lake, boat ramp / launch, a deck with seating off the family room, a stone patio with a fire pit (firewood included), and more. Sleeps 10. During the summer, the water is 20 feet deep off the end of the dock. Water during the winter six year drawdown remains deep enough for boat use.brbrWe did a renovation in 2021 that includes a new bunk room, a new full sized bathroom, and updated paint, counters, all new furniture and lighting. The cabin still sleeps (10) but we have 4 individual bedrooms instead of 3... and 3 full baths!! The bunk room has 3 twin XL beds that will sleep adults (1 bed is a trundle). Master has a king bed (w/ private bathroom with walk-in shower), other two guest rooms have queen beds. There is also a pullout sofa bed (full) in living room. We make it our goal to keep everything clean and in good shape for our guests, all spaces are professionally cleaned between stays. We do charge a $200 pet fee if you are bringing pets (max 2 dogs) to help cover the extra housekeeping required to keep our cabin so clean. brbrProperty rental is complete with Keurig coffee maker (starter pack of K-cups included), microwave, dishwasher, brand new washer & dryer, internet, TV w/ YouTube TV and other streaming capabilities, full size gas grill with side burner, fenced in deck / yard - perfect for little ones or pets! We’ve got a fully stocked kitchen for any cooks that may be visiting with us. We do our best to keep plenty of basics so you don’t have to worry about them - paper towels, trash bags, spices, olive oil, dish washer tablets, etc. There is a desk that is perfect for anyone that needs to get some work done, you should have no trouble video conferencing, streaming, etc with our high speed wireless internet. brbrSleep in luxury on your vacation - every bedroom has new mattresses, new 100% cotton sheets, and comes with your choice of a new memory foam Tempur-Pedic or down alternative pillow. We just did a complete restock of all linens for the 2026 season! brbrThis cabin has it all but the best part is definitely outdoors! Whether it’s taking in the expansive view from the deck, swimming, hanging out on the patio, at the fire pit or fishing. Our yard is well kept, and we have a Green Monster light for fishing from the pier at night. Some of the best fishing on the lake can be done straight from the dock! There is plenty of space to tie-up boats and water toys. We provide a floating lily pad for swimming when the water is warm. brbrAlso, based on some of the reviews we’ve received regarding our former management we have made a change to our management for the 2026 season.

PEACE AT WYNNDY” HILL ON PLEASURE POINTbrLooking for a place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the water, away from the congestion of over populated areas of the lake We have the perfect place for you. “Peace at Wynndy Hill” is located just off the main channel of the Tallapoosa River near the center of beautiful Lake Martin in the Pleasure Point area off Highway 34.brOur quiet cove has good year around water and it is perfect for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing – out of the main traffic lake areas. Our home has a main level and a full basement level that opens out into a spacious yard that mildly slopes to the water. No steep steps or steep yard to get to and from the water and boat house. The boat house has room to dock your personal or rental boat. (Rental boats available just across our cove. Very handy!) The boat house deck (with ceiling fan) and floating dock offer areas for shade and sun, including an umbrella table and chairs for “picnic” meals if desired. brThe main level has an open great room with gas log fireplace, dining area, and full kitchen area with 2 sets of French doors that open out onto an 804’ covered porch with a 55” TV and wood burning fire place. This view gives you full lake views from the porch and living area. Outdoor dining, morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, naps and watching football in the fall while enjoying a toasty fire in the fireplace make this property truly your “home away from home”! The full kitchen has double wall ovens, microwave, 6 eye gas cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and undercounter ice maker. Socialize around the large granite island while making your meals, as well as serving your meals The main level has one master king bedroom (water view) and adjoining master bath with a full bathtub and a full separate shower. The laundry room with washer and dryer are also on the main level. A guest half bathroom is located just off great room area. brThe full basement has a separate large great room area and a partial kitchen area with an ice maker and kitchen sink. Great room area provides for 3 additional “common area” sleeping places in a dual stadium seating/ TV watching type format. This area is great for kids. The basement provides one master king bedroom with adjoining master bath that has a bathtub/shower unit. Another king bedroom shares the bath that adjoins the master bedroom. The third bedroom in the basement has a queen bunk bed and three twin bunk beds. Just outside of this bedroom there is a full bathroom that includes a shower, toilet, and vanity. The basement has three sets of French doors that open out onto an 804’ covered porch giving you more breath-taking views of the lake! The basement porch offers ceiling fans, eating area, sitting area and porch bed swing that is a favorite for afternoon naps. This porch is about 40’ from the sea wall and boat dock area. An outdoor yard swing faces the water for quiet afternoon reflections.brThe public boat ramp on Hwy 34 is about 2 miles by road and maybe 3 minutes by water from our dock. We are just off the main channel of the river, mid-lake and convenient to Chimney Rock, Chuck’s Marina, Peanut Point and Stillwaters.brWe have exterior video home monitoring cameras for security purposes only. This system records all entrances of the house and boat house area. We do not have cable. Roku and Netflix are available for streaming devices with your personal sign on. We offer 4 – 55” televisions for use. brParking is available on the front concrete driveway. Dependent on size and how vehicles are parked, this area will comfortably accommodate 6-8 vehicles. No parking on the street.brMaximum occupancy 14. No pets allowed. No smoking. brWe require a signed Rental Agreement, government issued photo ID, credit card and deposit prior to your stay.brEvery attempt is made to assure that everything is in good working condition prior to your arrival. In the event something needs attention, please know that we do not have 24 hour on call service people available to us. We do have a full house propane generator that will automatically come on within one minute if the power is disrupted. It will automatically turn off when power is restored. We ask that energy be conserved, even though it is considered “whole house”, they do not recommend running everything during this time. (Please don’t run washer, dryer, fans and things that are not absolutely necessary during the outage. Heat and air units are fine.) HVAC will have to be turned on when an outage occurs (after the generator has turned on and running continuously)…HVAC does not come back on automatically after power has been disrupted to avoid damage to unit. brWe will make every effort to promptly repair any problems that you may have during your visit. But there may be times when a repair person may not be readily available, and the problems will be attended to as soon as possible. Guests must acknowledge and accept this possibility and rent the property fully aware that refunds will not be given due to after-hours repair people not being available in our area. We reserve the right to enter the premises to implement repairs at any time, doing our best to give adequate advance notice to you. There may be times when that is not possible. There will be no refunds given for trip interruption due to acts of God such as tornado, hurricane, lightning strikes, power outages (in the event the act of God destroyed the generator), etc.brWe do not allow third-party leasing or sub-leasing.
