Top-Floor Lakefront Condo – Heated Pool, Boat Dock & Sunset Views

This was exactly like the pictures, a nice, neat condo with beautiful sunset views, close to the marina, restaurants and chimney rock! The condo was clean, we had plenty of room and everything we needed. We brought our boat and parked in the boat slip & boated most of time and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

The condo is in need of repairs and updates. Screen door was broken and the sliding door would not lock. Front door and interior doors do not close properly. When we reached out about problems with both toilets, someone was sent out but was not able to fix the issues. Master tub did not drain correctly and showers ran cold very quickly. All in all, without changes and repairs, we will not be back and would not recommend this. The location was great but the lack of proper maintenance makes the negatives outweigh the positives.

The unit was generally clean, but some of the kitchen amenities were lacking. The kitchen sink was clogged and some of the kitchen appliances were dirty and worn out. The locks didn't work on doors leading out onto balconies.

The entry instructions mentioned a waterfall, but we missed that we would be stopping at a manned guard gate.Since the waterfall was shut down-,we thought we had gone to the wrong entrance, and went back outThe unit itself was pretty much what we expected. We were looking for a place to be close to some friends we were visiting, so we did not actually use any of the”amenities” The unit was well laid out, and would work well for 2 couples who wanted to share a unit. There were even 2 separate balconies- so you could have privacy if you wanted( the balconies could each accommodate 4 people) The shower in the MBR had super water pressure! The towels were soft & fluffy.There were a couple of things that needed repaired, ( nothing that impacted our stay at all) - so we left a note about them.We would stay here again

Very nice location. We had a very relaxing peaceful week with great accommodations! It was awesome to have the use of a pool, beach, and kayaks ! Would definitely do it again!!

Amenities were great but the condition of the property was poor. The kitchen in particular was not well equipped. Broken items and very poor quality.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful. It was clean when we arrived and we loved the balcony that overlooked the lake. Our only complaint would be that the hot water supply was a little low if two people were showering at the same time. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at this property. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Easy check in. The down side is the refrigerator was not clean, dishes were left in the dishwasher and utensils and dishes in the cabinets were not clean. Bathtubs had bugs in them.

We have been coming here for 5 years now. We love the pool and lakefront access and kayaking around. Can't beat the view of the sunset.

First time at Lake Martin! Beautiful location and the property is perfect. Beautiful view of the lake and we appreciate that the pool was private and just downstairs. Will definitely be back!

It was all right, but my coffee pot didn't work. The green light would be on, but it would not make coffee other than that. Nice place.Very clean.And accommodating

A couple of things that we didn't call about. tv remote in living room, we had to replace 2 batteries to get it to work. In master bedroom, we had to replace all 4 batteries in remote. Refrigerator ice maker wouldn't work, so we just bought a bag of ice. Otherwise, the condo was beautiful and had 0 issues. Weather didn't cooperate with us but we visited the area, spoke with your parents next door that also own the other units. They advised us next time we come back to get a downstairs unit.. Wife just turned 81 and I'm 77, so 19 steps up and down get alittle hard for us. not complaining because your unit has the best lake view. We will be coming back

We stayed at this property for 2 nights while we went to visit our daughter at Auburn. It's on the 2nd floor of a condo. The views from both balconies are beautiful. There is a pool, dock, and small beach area. The kitchen has all the necessities to make meals if you want to. We did have to contact the manager for toilet paper and hangers. Their response was very quick and efficient. We would stay here again.

We loved the amenities heated pool and kayaks and paddle boards that were available. Condo was in perfect condition. Best location for sunsets!

Beautiful view. Still Waters is a great place. We have been going there for years. This condo was great. Very comfortable bed. Would love to visit again.

Rented the condo for long weekend with family and opportunity to meet with realtor to preview properties for sale on Lake Martin. When we arrived, the property was UNCLEAN. Property manager notified and he promised that would be corrected with 1-2 hours. Left the property and waited 3 hours to return only to meet the cleaning team just entering the property. Basically lost the first day in the unit. PM did refund the cleaning fee but has NOT refunded the first night rate as he promised - both verbal during phone call and in email. I have tried to contact via VRBO site and he will not respond. I have given him 3 weeks to correct the problem. Would not stay at property managed by this HOST again.

It was very pleasant and peaceful - the view of the lake and the sunset were amazing.

We loved our stay! Loved all the amenities and that there is so much to do right on site. We’ll definitely be back!
