Amazing one level, spacious waterfront home built in 2018 with a great dock and swimming area. Home is a true open concept with the main living area being a 30' by 30' room including the kitchen (with large island), dining area that seats 10, a sitting area with two couches and two swivel chairs and a fireplace, and a pool table!!! All bedrooms are large including the bunk room with two trundle beds. One of the best features is a huge covered deck (30' wide by 20' deep) overlooking the lake that has a wonderful sitting area including two couches, two swivel chairs and a TV. Also on the deck is a dining area that seats 8 as well as a gas grill and a 36 Blackstone Griddle. So, you can easily seat plenty for meals between inside and on the deck. Also included is a laundry room that includes a large capacity washer and dryer and a commercial ice maker so you don't have to keep going to the store to buy ice. Now, to the best part, the waterfront that is only 20 steps from the house/deck. There is an oversized dock with mostly Trex decking and plenty of area to sit in the shade (with four ceiling fans) or in the sun, and to tie up your boat. Boats in photos and on the property are not included in rental. There are easy steps down into the water to swim and float including a large water mat. There is a bluetooth stereo on the dock so you can listen to your favorite music while hanging out on the dock or swimming. There is ample vehicle parking and a private boat ramp if you bring your own boat. We are very close to Chuck's Marina which has the best pizza on the lake and is very convenient to gas up your boat. We are flexible with check-in and check-out times. If nobody is in the place the day before your rental, you can request a check-in as early as 11:00AM. If we do not have a renter coming in right behind you, you can check out as late as 6:00PM. **Book through VRBO ONLY to protect yourself.

The large living room and open kitchen come together on the main floor where you can see a beautiful view of Lake Martin through 5 sets of glass French doors. Access to the main sitting porch is right off of the fully stocked kitchen where you will find an outdoor dining table and a porch swing to relax and unwind. The front entrance has a full concrete driveway with plenty of parking space and as many as 4 vehicles can be in the garage and under carports. Relaxation in this quiet cove starts on one of the many leather couches yet you can drive for dining, boat rental, or supplies in just a few minutes if you want. And, of course, the water is calling for your best cannon ball off one of the docks! Room to dock a boat or two plus jet skis and water toys. In the off season when lake level is down (October-April) you can put the kayaks and canoe in the water fromthe lakebed. Air hockey, foosball, and ping pong for indoor entertainment. Please note our checkin (4:00 pm) and checkout (10:00 am) times, but we are happy to allow a bit more time if you request it, and we don't have a quick turn. Spend your days swimming, sun bathing, and fishing off the private dock, and enjoy evenings at the house, watching the sunset while relaxing on the spacious porch. Grill out at home, sample local restaurants or make a short drive into Auburn for dinner. Our family lake house is on a quiet, beautiful part of the lake in the back of a cove in a calm residential neighborhood. Built by our parents, it has been the source of precious memories for over 50 years. We have a large dock with both a covered and an uncovered area along with a floating dock for extra space, just bring your boat or jet skis. On the dock, you will enjoy the cushioned chairs, porch swing, ceiling fans and table that seats 6 on the covered side. The backyard is large and flat with gorgeous mature azaleas. In addition, you will find a concrete basketball court, fire pit, screened in porch, and private boat ramp. We have a float mat, water noodles, and a canoe for you to enjoy. Inside, is a split level with 1 bedroom (double) and full bath on the main level, 2 sets of twin bunk beds with a full bath on the lower level. The master bedroom (king) suite with 2 recliners and a tv in the sitting area is upstairs. The master bathroom is shared with the 2nd upstairs bedroom (queen). Downstairs there’s fun to be had on a rainy day in the large playroom with a full-size pool table/ping pong table and a foosball table, a closet full of games, and fun outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. The eat-in kitchen seats 6 plus there is a game table on the den that seats 4. There is a ceiling fan in every room in the house. Looking to entertain on the porch There is a round picnic table that seats 8 on the screened in porch. We have a propane grill for you to use too. The lower level features 3 bedrooms (1 King Master Suite, 1 bunk room with 4 twin beds, and 1 Queen room with another covered balcony looking over the lake. This is a quiet slew that's great for swimming or sitting outside and reading a book. Newly renovated dock with boat tie ups. Slew opens up to a large area that's great for skiing and tubing. We also have access to a community park with a boat ramp, pavilion and docks (not to be used overnight) that is an easy walk to. brWe will be adding a $15 boat launch fee due to our HOA not allowing renters access and needing a local resident to unlock the gate for guests.
