It is older home, but kept up.. We can accommodate overnight guests, but they do need to be registered, It is great for family and children. There is no Central conditioner, but there's air conditioning unit in the living room and in all the bedrooms, it keeps the house pretty cool. Walls are thin, so you may hear conversations. There are no TV's in the rooms, but you are able to use laptop with the Wi-Fi provided. There is a TV in the living room, with access to Hulu, Netflix, and other apps. Pets are welcome, but we do not have a closed fenced area., so they cannot be let loose unless they are trained to stay by your side. Please do not allow your pets to defecate or urinate on neighbor's property, and please clean up after your pets. There is plenty of parking We are conveniently located close to the airport. There is a nice patio screened in to enjoy looking out into the peaceful trees. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you're welcome to smoke outside.brQuiet hours shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., No parties or events.
