Stayed May 1, 2025Location was superb for this graduation gathering. LOVED the covered patio for our family cookout!!There were a few issues with receptacles that didn’t work but we worked around that. A few more items in kitchen would be nice like cutter ng board. An informational notebook ok with WiFi and garbage info would have been helpful…but host was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We had a party of 8 staying at the house for wedding festivities. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the location were perfect for our needs. There were a couple of minor issues and they were immediately addressed, which we appreciated. It was a memorable trip.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Utilized VRBO for our Thanksgiving stay in Birmingham. We chose the house due to amenities (games, number of bedrooms, indoor and outdoor spaces) and location, and this did not disappoint. While there will always be things that come up - there were a few things we noticed: there weren't many pots/pans to cook with, necessitating us to get some disposable pans, etc. The TV remotes were finicky and took a couple of hours to figure out. We also had issues with the auto door locks, but that could have been as much operator error as anything. Finally, while everything was put up and in its place, upon closer inspection, it could have used a more thorough cleaning, especially in the basement/game room area. Overall, we were happy we spent this time in Birmingham!

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Property was as pictured and described- communication with owner was good with prompt response- yard could use mowing but that doesn’t affect the stay (just the looks of the property); check in and out was easy. Good place for a large family and/or multiple families and friends. Would recommend a stay here.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024Accommodations were good the host responded to questions promptly. The only complaint was the lawn had not been manicured. However, I would most definitely stay there again.
