This house has been recently renovated to highlight calming sunset views from the west-facing large windows in the living room and open concept kitchen space. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and two full bathrooms each with a tub and shower. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with island dining. The spacious living room has tons of natural light and contains a 50 Smart TV connected to WiFi allowing access to streaming services but no cable or local channels. The home is not baby-proofed but pack 'n plays can be provided when requested. There is central air conditioning. In the basement, guests have access to a washer and dryer.brbrGarage parking is NOT available.brbrVideo Surveillance: – As of 04/16/2023, the property has surveillance cameras outside of the main house only to check for arrivals and departures for housekeeping services.
