Plenty of off street parking across the street.brbrKeep in mind this is a boat on the river. There is motion, albeit very subtle. Things rust easily and get dirty very quickly on the water. We have an onboard water storage system consisting of a 100 gallon water tank and a 75 gallon grey tank. The marina is great about pumping out the grey tank weekly or as needed and there is a water slicker near the boat for refilling the water tank. If you need help with either please let us know. Waterslide is not to be used while boat is docked per marina rules.brGuests are not allowed to take boat out of the slip. If you desire a cruise, that can be added for an additional $300/hour with a minimum 3 hour cruise. No additional guests allowed on boat without permission prior.
