Stayed May 9, 2025Never spent the night. Very dirty and smelly when walked in the door!!! Staff NOT helpful with canceling the reservation. Contesting the charges

Stayed Apr 6, 2025This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025This hotel is severely run down. Trash in the hallways, had not been vacuumed in weeks. Room was dark and dirty, electric was a dirty power strip, carpets were vacuumed in the main walking path, but could see crud along baseboards, bathroom was terrible, black pitted tub bottom, no drain cover, every piece of metal was rusted due to rusty, non-working exhaust fan. Title floors were scummy looking, grout was cracked or missing throughout the bathroom.
