Brand New 5 bedroom Lacourte Orellies lakefront home with covered deck and amazing lake views.

Hayward, Wisconsin, United States

Stay 3, Get 1 Free – Your Extra Night on Us!brbrValid for stays between Nov 1 and April 30 (excluding holidays and events like the Birkie). Just book 3 nights on our platform and, if available, we’ll add a 4th night before or after your stay at no extra charge. Not valid on existing reservations. Subject to availability.brbrMake this newly constructed home on 5,000 acre Lac Courte Oreilles (LCO) Lake your next vacation getaway. You will be amazed by the incredible views of the lake from the covered and wrap around deck and the open concept main floor living area. This lake home we call Whispering Pines is situated in a small bay at the northeast corner of Lac Courte Oreilles Lake, and just a short boat ride (or snowmobile or ATV ride) to Trails End Resort. Picture this - after a full day on the water you come back to the cabin and send the kids to do some fishing at the private dock while you sip on your favorite cocktail and watch them from the deck. You fire up the Blackstone cast iron gas grill and cook up a feast as eagles soar overhead (We do have resident eagles in the neighborhood) and the kids play in the yard. Then after dinner you head to the lakefront fire pit for some smores and star gazing as you listen to the waves lap against the shore. This is the lakefront home you're looking for.brbrDon't forget your binoculars. It's common to see eagles soaring over this home and swooping down to the water below. There are also multiple pairs of nesting loons on the lake, so the call of the loon often can be heard while watching a sunset by the lakeside firepit.brbrThe main floor of the home features a roomy kitchen, dining area and large living room with a large comfortable sectional leather couch and amazing gas fireplace complete with a remote control. The front of the house is almost all glass and has two oversized sliding glass doors, a vaulted pine ceiling and large triangle shaped windows that let in the sunlight and frame the breathtaking views of the lake below. This amazing lake home also features a lower level walkout living room with two more oversized patio doors, a ping pong table, and additional living room with two recliners and another comfortable leather couch so even large families have room to spread out and relax. All the televisions in the home are smart TV's and are preloaded with the Spectrum App to watch local television from our local cable provider or you can log into your streaming channel of choice and binge your favorite series. The home also features blazing fast Wi-Fi for those rainy days or those of you looking to Work from home with a new lake view. brbrThe kitchen area has everything you need to cook and serve meals for up to 12 guests. The appliances are all new and the home has both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The grill is a 36 inch 4 burner Blackstone complete with cooking utensils. The Blackstone grills allow you to not only cook tender steaks but also cook up bacon and hash browns or even pancakes while taking in the lake views in the morning. I love cooking breakfast on this large flat grill. The deck features comfortable Adirondack chairs and a large outdoor dining table as well.brbrBedroom Configurations:br-Main Level Master - King Bed - On suite Bathbr-Main Level Guest Room - Queen Bedbr-Main Level Guest Room - Queen Bed and Full Bedbr-Lower Level Guest Room - Queen Bed and Full Bedbr-Lower Level Guest Room - Two Twin Bedsbr-Full Guest Bathroom on each floor with Tub and Shower CombobrbrNOTE - This home rents for full weeks only during the busy season from Friday to Friday. The water around the dock is sandy and clear and excellent for swimming with a nice gradual drop off. Like we mentioned this home is new and construction was just finished in late fall of 2022. brbrLac Courte Oreilles lake is a fully recreational lake with several bars and restaurants you can boat to right on the lake as well as a large sandbar that is a popular place to hang out in the summer. The lake is a large and spring-fed lake and is the largest lake in the county. LCO is known for excellent fishing, sailing, exploring and water sports. For you winter sports enthusiasts, one of the main snowmobile trails in the area runs across the lake right out in front of this cabin and you can access the trails right from our cabin. The ice fishing is also typically very good with crappie bite typically good right out in front of our cabin. We also have access to the ATV trails just down the road with trailing. You can hit the trails right from our home and explore hundreds of miles of county forest and trail networks. The home features parking for trucks and trailers. This home is brand new construction and was just finished in the late fall of 2022 and comes with a firepit, wide gravel walkway to the lakefront and access to a 30 foot private dock.brbrOne of our favorite things about LCO is the sand bars. There are several of them that are just a short boat ride from the house. We love to anchor and walk around the sand bars and swim. The sandy bottom and gradual drop offs make it an ideal place for young kids to wade and have fun in the water. brbrThis lake front home is located approximately 9 miles south of the city of Hayward. It's about 140 miles northeast of the Twin Cities Metro area. The Hatchery Creek Trailhead (Birkie Trail and CAMBA mountain Bike Trail) access is also approximately 8 miles from the cabin. There is a casino nearby as well as several wineries. brbrParking- you can park up to 4 cars as well as several boat trailers at the cabin. Sorry, we do not allow camping in RVs on the property or tents.brbrThis cabin is professionally managed by Manage Cabins, LLC in Hayward. The cabin might be new but we've been around for a long time and have hundreds of positive reviews. We would love to host your next family vacation.
