Our lake house sits on a quiet cove on Catfish Lake, on the Eagle River chain, part of the chain of 28 connected lakes.The Lake House is newly built, with 5 bedrooms, 1 office, 3 bathrooms, large deck overlooking the lake and another large screened in porch for meals and just sitting. In addition we have an outdoor fire pit in a beautiful wooded setting. In the summer, you can take your boat to a restaurant for dinner, or into town for ice cream. Our property sits on 5 acres of lakefront perfect for a swim with a sandy lake bottom, kayaking in our quiet cove or a stroll along the lake and forrest. We also have a very long dock that can accommodate multiple boats. In the winter, you can ice fish in our cove, as last year, a guest caught one of the cove's muskies on Christmas vacation.

Lake Breeze is a gorgeous lake home found about 75' from the water. The home is less than 10 years old and was very gently used during that time! So even the carpeting still feels fresh and new! There are 3 bedrooms, each with television. The master bedroom complete with king size bed is on one end of the home and features a ceiling fan as well as an in suite full bath with stand up shower stall. The other two bedrooms and full bath are found on the opposite end of the home. One bedroom offers a queen bed while the other bedroom across the hallway offers a full bed and twin bed, with lake view.. The full bath on this end offers a bathtub for easy bathing of little ones as well as an in tub showerbrbrThe kitchen, dining room and living room areas are an open concept. The ceiling fan is usually all you need in the woods to stay cool, but if you happen to hit a very warm spell, the home is equipped with central air. The kitchen is fully stocked and features modern full size appliances including a dishwasher. There's a utility room just off the kitchen with the washer/dryer and a doorway to the two car garage that guests have full use of. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the view through the extra wide sliding patio doors in the living room provides that spectacular sight of the water while enjoying a meal together. Picturesque setting on beautiful, crystal clear Bass Lake. Located just 7 minutes east of downtown Eagle River, WI. 1.68 wooded acres with 100 feet of gorgeous, hard sand frontage. Tranquility awaits you at this cottage situated on the shores of one of the area's most sought after, spring fed lakes that features breathtaking views and great fishing. Enjoy all weather sports here, boating, water skiing, tubing, swimming, sailing, fishing, skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, ice skating, etc. This lake is most desirable because it is a private, full recreation lake (no large crowds). Eagles nest in the large pines and oak trees along the lakefront. We have Otters, Loons, Turtles, Ducks, Deer, Fox, Woodpeckers and many other animals visit our lake. You will be amazed at the incredible sunsets and kaleidoscopic light show from the northern lights. If you can stay up later(midnight) on a clear night - go lay down on the pier and look up at the billions of stars twinkling in the sky. It is awe inspiring! brThe cottage has a queen bed in the master, a queen pullout couch and futon in the living area and 2 twin beds(bunk) in the lower level. It can sleep 8. The kitchen is equipped for any gourmet. brSit out on the cozy balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening refresher and listen to the peace and quiet. The home offers 2 kayaks with paddles, a large pier for your water toys and entertaining enjoyment. We have a shared swim platform as well. This area of the lake has a sandy bottom with a very gradual drop off - perfect for little ones. Sunset Cove is located on beautiful Catfish Lake in Eagle River. Catfish Lake is a part of the chain of 28 lakes- the largest in the world. This newly updated home sits conveniently on the exclusive Everett Peninsula, close to everything- restaurants, pond hockey, The Dome, snowmobile trails, golf courses, hiking/biking in The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, and the charming downtown Eagle River. The new Marina Bar just opened this year, and is just a quick 5 minute walk or kayak ride away. You can spend an entire week cruising the chain exploring, and stopping for a bite to eat or drink at many of the amazing restaurants.brbrSunset Cove has many excellent outside amenities, a large permanent pier where you can take in the gorgeous sunsets, a large patio by the water with an outdoor covered cookstation, and a custom fire-pit with firewood included. There are multiple patio tables outside for those summer dinners. There is a shed by the water with 2 kayaks, and a row boat on the dock with paddles that are also included for your enjoyment while you stay. The sandy, clear shoreline is fantastic for swimming and soaking up the sun! It is shallow near the shore which is great for the little ones wanting to splash around. Another added bonus is the grassy flat lot, perfect for yard games, and relaxing.brbrThis lovely home features a newly updated open concept kitchen, living, and dining room with incredible views of the lake, beautiful maple hardwood floors, and a 65 in. flat screen TV. The dining room table has space for 10, and the breakfast table can hold 4. We do have extra folding tables and chairs available if needed. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. All with beautiful Cedar Creations Furniture. The master bedroom sleeps 4 with a king bed, and Full futon, large flat screen TV and patio doors leading onto the deck. Great for morning coffee! It has an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower and jetted tub with two vanities. The second guest room has the same gorgeous views of the lake and a queen bed with a door leading into the main level bathroom. The third guest room has a queen bed and shares the upstairs bathroom which has a tub/shower combo and two large closets for plenty of storage. The lower level bedroom sleeps 5 with a queen bed, and bunks, twin over full. The lower level also has gorgeous views of the lake with a large open rec room with a pool/ping pong table, and a walkout basement. This room also houses another set of bunk beds twin over twin. A 3/4 bathroom is located down stairs as well. All the bathrooms are stocked with towels, hand towels, wash clothes, hand soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Another fantastic feature of this home is a lower level living room with partial kitchen. This room features a gas fireplace and TV. Great space for kids or adults to relax, and play games if the weather is bad. brbrLaundry is located on the main level with laundry detergent included. The kitchen is fully stocked. The oven is an Induction Oven so please only use the pots and pans provided. brbrAll three TV’s in the house have Roku to watch your own shows and movies. brHigh speed internet is also included.brLinens are provided for all the beds.brTowels are included. brPlease bring your own beach towels for the lake!! Mini golfing, laser tag, horseback riding, go karts, The Northwoods Children's Museum are just a few. A variety of events also take place year around in Eagle River. Fall host Cranberry Fest, a well attended attraction each year. Fall color is also beautiful in the area. Winter hosts: The World Championships Snowmobile Derby, and Pond Hockey Championships on Dollar Lake only 5 minutes away, ice fishing, ice skating, cross country skiing, down hill skiing at Ski Brule (31 miles from Sunset Cove), sledding, and snowmobiling, Eagle River is considered the snowmobile capital of the world with over 500 miles of groomed trails. Our home has quick access to the trail just a quick 1/4 mile from the driveway. We have a large 2-car garage that can warm up those snowmobiles in the cold. Besides all the wonderful attractions Eagle River hosts there are plenty of town nearby that also are fun to explore.
