We recommend bringing shower essentials for stays longer than two nights. brbrMORE DETAILS ABOUT CHICORY COTTAGEbrOur one-story home is 1,700 square feet, and recently underwent a complete remodel.br•Six guests maximum.br•Two parking spots in the driveway (no garage access for vehicles).br•We supply one small, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom. We recommend that guests bring shower essentials for stays longer than two nights.br•Furniture and decor may differ from the listing photos, as we strive to maintain the comfort, quality, and cleanliness of our home's furnishings. br•No pets, fireworks, firearms, smoking, tobacco, or vaping allowed on the property.br•Water Access for Kangaroo Lake is found 0.3 miles away. A public, sandy swimming area is at the east end of Kangaroo Beach Road. There is no actual beach at the public access point, but it offers easy entry and is shallow and sandy, making it ideal for swimming and wading. (Please note that vacation rental sites often use A.I. to describe our home’s proximity to Kangaroo Lake. Unfortunately, they often calculate the distance to the lake as the crow flies. Chicory Cottage is NOT lakefront. We require a signed rental agreement and a $300 credit card security deposit hold for all bookings. To finalize the booking and prevent cancellation, we require that our guests read and sign the agreement before their free cancellation period expires.
