A great base to explore all that`s going on in and around Dunsborough - a short drive from town, the beaches and the vineyards.brbrThe home is tastefully furnished with modern comforts to ensure your time `down south` is happily spent! It`s fully airconditioned/heated with a large enclosed garden in which to enjoy a glass of wine or two.brbrYour furry friend is most welcome too - but cannot be left unattended due to council regulations.brbrThe home features a huge open-plan living area with dining table, modern kitchen, very comfortable seating in front of a large smart TV and also features a study nook. This space opens out onto the alfresco area and the lawned garden.brbrThe master bedroom has walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have robes and share the main bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two singles. All beds have linen and bath towels provided.brbrThere is a secure garage for your use.brbrPlease note that there is a separate studio attached to the home. It is completely separate and has its own entrance and garden - however there is an adjoining wall. The studio is also advertised under the name Waldorfs Retreat Dunsborough - there maybe other guests staying whilst you are there.brbrAround when needed!brbrPets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.brbrIncluded in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. We are fortunate to have a couple of local business offering bike hire, and Dunsborough has recently been included in an e-scooter initiative. This house in particular is walking distance (~5 mins) to the beach and easy cycling distance to town, so no need to hop in the car if you want to stay local.
