Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the main house rooms have a pedestal fan each. Dandjoo is an easy 10 minute walk from town, and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, so no need to hop in the car if you want to stay local. Little kids and teenagers will enjoy the separate games shed out the back, complete with ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, and a selection of balls and racquets for more holiday fun. brbrThe rear yard is also enclosed, which means parents can relax while little children are playing.brbrThe layout of the home is simple. The master bedroom and ensuite are upstairs, with the remainder of the rooms downstairs.brbrA slow-burning wood fire keeps the house lovely and warm in winter and is a joy to come home to after a day out exploring the region’s wineries and many attractions. The house also has reverse cycle air-conditioning downstairs so that you can be in complete comfort at the push of a button.brbrPlease note that there is no guest wi-fi.brbrNote: There is a sunken lounge area adjoining the dining table and kitchen, so guests must take care due to the split level flooring. Located on a quiet street, the cottage is perfect in every little way. brbrbrEnjoy our fully fenced in backyard surrounded by local trees, birds and possums at dusk. The patio area is equipped with a BBQ to enjoy while entertaining on the deck. Perfect for the kiddies to play and a safe area for your family pet. brbrOur open plan living area has a spacious renovated kitchen, two large bedrooms with queen and double beds with ceiling fans, bathroom fitted with rain shower as well as an outdoor shower (hot & cold) for when you return from the beach. brbrAll the comforts of home including rev cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a lovely wood fire for the winter. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven & cooktop, and plenty of storage space.brbrThere is a large smart TV, DVD player and a selection of great movies for you and the kids, not forgetting our many board games to enjoy. Our sound system is bluetooth enabled and you can connect it with your smart phones. brbrWe do not provide Wifi because it’s great to switch off and enjoy the many things to do in and around Dunsborough. brbrThe bedrooms have built in robes. Doonas and pillows are on all beds, and electric blankets are provided in winter. A Portacot and highchair are supplied, free of charge. Guests supply their own towels and bed linen. LINEN is available for hire at an extra charge of $25 pp. If you require linen during the busy Christmas / holiday period, we require two weeks' notice. brbrThe Annex / Studio brThe outside studio has two single beds and a recently added double bunk with single on the top. It is equipped with a toilet, making it a great area for the older children. brbrThe laundry is located in the patio area and has a washer and dryer. brParking is down a long driveway at the side of the cottage and there is ample room for multiple cars. brbrTo align with the conditions of registration with the City of Busselton, the following is required:brbrbrThe maximum number of guests must not exceed seven.brNo more than 6 adults are permitted on the property. (Although the cottage will sleep 7, it is not suitable for 7 adults).brNo visitors are permitted at the premises after 10pm.brDogs must not be left unattended at the premises at any time.brAll dogs are allowed. Please contact me if you are bringing more than one dog (only by arrangement with the owner).brDuring leaver’s period - late November, the cottage is unavailable. Booking requests for this period will not be accepted.brA cleaner/caretaker fee of $100 applies to all bookings.
