It`s holiday time - time to relax into your light, bright and spacious home away from home. A great base to explore all that`s going on in and around Dunsborough - a short drive from town, the beaches and the vineyards.

The home is tastefully furnished with modern comforts to ensure your time `down south` is happily spent! It`s fully airconditioned/heated with a large enclosed garden in which to enjoy a glass of wine or two.

Your furry friend is most welcome too - but cannot beleft unattended due to council regulations.

The home features a huge open-plan living area with dining table, modern kitchen, very comfortable seating in front of a large smart TV and also features a study nook. This space opens out onto the alfresco area and the lawned garden.

The master bedroom has walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have robes and share the main bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two singles. All beds have linen and bath towels provided.

There is a secure garage for your use.

Please note that there is a separate studio attached to the home. It is completely separate and has its own entrance and garden - however there is an adjoining wall. The studio is also advertised under the name Waldorfs Retreat Dunsborough - there maybe other guests staying whilst you are there.

Around when needed!

Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.

    This property truly is a beautiful home with tones of space, we had 5 adults and our Border Collie stay in the house and space was never an issue! Super modern, very well stocked for the little things you always forget to bring with you. Hiccup free check in process, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

    Overall, this property is a great place to rent. Easy communication with the host and easy drive into the shopping precinct and beaches.The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils but could do with a few more wine glasses and bowls.

    Really lovely tidy house. The studio attached was a little noisy in the morning on the weekend as we tried to sleep in, but overall a great place.
