Four large bedrooms will sleep 8 adults comfortably in heavenly beds!brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrThe main bedroom has a heavenly king, pocket spring bed. There is a sitting area within the main bedroom that has a 55 smart LCD TV and the room has its own ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share an activity room with a 55' LCD TV and modular couch and have access to a bathroom with a separate large bath and spacious shower, as well as a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 has a king pocket spring bed, bedroom 3 has a queen pocket spring bed and bedroom 4 has two single pocket spring beds. The beds are very comfortable and are made up with fresh linen, duvet and pillows. Our sheets are cleaned and supplied by our local linen company Baythe Linen. All bedrooms can fit a baby cot if required. All living areas have secluded views of the bush and the vinyards of the adjacent Deep Woods Estate. Large sliding doors and windows create a nice and bright atmosphere. It does show its age in places, with, for example, some minor cracks in the plaster work, however it is completely sound, clean and tidy. If a sterile white box is your thing, this isn`t the home for you - but if you enjoy period features and are seeking a traditional down south holiday experience, you`ll enjoy it here!brbrUpon arriving, you`ll find parking for two cars on the freshly installed concrete driveway. You enter via the front verandah (a great spot to watch the world go by, wine in hand) into the main open-plan living area. The area features the living room, dining room and kitchen. There`s air-conditioning, two ceiling fans, a TV with chromecast - so you can watch your apps - and the kitchen has all the appliances you`d expect plus nespresso coffee machine.brbrThere are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The two minor bedrooms are small, but also have proper sized comfortable queen beds and ceiling fans. There`s also a bathroom with a green bath (remember those!), a shower and basin. The WC is in a separate room and there is also a washing machine in the laundry.brbrOutside, accessed from the kitchen / dining room is an alfresco area looking on to the large enclosed back garden. This has an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ and a pizza oven.brbrIt enjoys a great, very quiet location, close to the beach and town - you`ll be next to everything, but wouldn`t know it when you`re listening to the birds sing and the bees buzz in the lovely mature garden!brbrThe whole home is yours to enjoy.brbrWe`re close by and happy to help.brbrIncluded in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up.
