Centrally located at the Estuary end of Ormsby Terrace, the Cottage is within walking distance of the estuary and the beach, city centre, restaurants and bars, the famous Peninsula Hotel, the Arts Centre and Cinema's. The Cottage offers guests a large shaded block with mature Sheoak trees and a lush green lawn. The property is fenced off so a safe location for guests with young children and pets.brbrRecently renovated family cottage, freshly painted, modern kitchen and bathroom, original polished jarrah floor boards, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom/toilet and laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle air conditioner in main living area so cool in summer and warm in winter. Gas BBQ on veranda. We supply all bedding, sheets and doonas and a bath towel for each guest. Its a very private cottage and you will have the place all to yourself.brbrThe cottage is situated in the best location Mandurah has to offer. Just a short walking distance to the many attractions, no need to drive anywhere. It was also a finalist in 2014 and 2015.brbrThe location is great too with the beautiful Silver Sands beach just around the corner and plenty of amenities nearby.brbrThis quirky ocean themed house is a truly unique oasis and guests say that they feel 'on holiday' the minute they walk through the door. The rooms are colourful and adorned with craypots, surfboards and sea-creatures that delight and enchant both young and old!brbrThe house comprises of three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, air-conditioned lounge, separate dining room, and a spacious, well-equipped modern kitchen.There are a variety of books, DVDs and games for indoor entertainment and a flat screen TV in the lounge.brbrThe large, fully fenced, shady rear yard provides a play area for children and pets. There's a paved section too, with a timber gazebo, a jarrah outdoor setting, a 4 burner BBQ and a double hammock bed. You can continue around the Marina and into the northern beaches, the yacht and fishing clubs and Marina Quays and continue your ride right up to Golden Bay along the ocean front.
