Welcome to our little piece of 'down south' holiday magic - a beautifully presented original 1920’s Queenslander style cottage nestled in Old Dunsborough, less than 100m to the beach. The recent renovation was designed to merge traditional features with modern day living. A real character cottage that we are sure you will fall in love with.brbrThe home is on a large block, well set back with spacious front lawn and gardens. Verandahs wrap around the house and run onto a large deck at the rear making for several relaxing outdoor areas. There is a new double garage and parking at the rear. brbrOriginal features such as lead-light windows,, jarrah flooring and verandahs, feature cornicing and ceiling roses, create an old world charm for you to enjoy. At the same time, the home has been modernised with a freshly installed modern kitchen, smart-TV, wifi and air-conditioning for your comfort.brbrThe house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and another bedroom with two single beds. The 3rd bedroom with the two single beds is accessed via the 2nd bedroom. brbrThe new kitchen has Bosch appliances including an induction stove, large electric oven and dishwasher. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and living area, forming an easy style open living area.
