Villa 16 At Rivendell Winery Estate Yallingup

Summary:

Situated within walking distance to the onsite tennis court and winery as well as a ten minute drive to the famous Smiths Beach and Dunsborough town. A perfect country escape! Ideally situated in amongst the natural bushland of the renowned Rivendell Winery Estate and Gardens, this contemporary holiday home provides plenty of space for your family and friends to relax & unwind with private bush and vinyard views. Four large bedrooms will sleep 8 adults comfortably in heavenly beds!



The Space:

The main bedroom has a heavenly king, pocket spring bed. There is a sitting area within the main bedroom that has a 55 smart LCD TV and the room has its own ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share an activity room with a 55' LCD TV and modular couch and have access to a bathroom with a separate large bath and spacious shower, as well as a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 has a king pocket spring bed, bedroom 3 has a queen pocket spring bed and bedroom 4 has two single pocket spring beds. The beds are very comfortable and are made up with fresh linen, duvet and pillows. Our sheets are cleaned and supplied by our local linen company Baythe Linen. All bedrooms can fit a baby cot if required. All living areas have secluded views of the bush and the vinyards of the adjacent Deep Woods Estate. Large sliding doors and windows create a nice and bright atmosphere. The undercover alfresco features a large BBQ and seats 10.



The Neighborhood:

Rivendell Estate features plenty of natural bush, dams, fields, the renowned gardens and cellar door and hosts a variety of wildlife. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of nature and admiring the birds while sipping on some of our complimentary, organic loose leaf tea and enjoy a glass of our premium Margaret River wine while gazing over the vinyards in the evening!

There are several great destinations within a short distance including the onsite Cellar Door that offers coffee and scones, premium wines and gourmet grazing boards for lunch!

In the local area you can also find Aravina Estate, Wild Hop brewery, and Goanna cafe (my favourite lunch spot) just to mention a few.



Getting Around:

A great range of tour companies service the area as well as a taxi service out of Dunsborough. We recommend Mr Mustang hire for something fancy, South West Charters, Taste the South or Cellar D'Or tours for a bigger group. Contact us for more information.



Other Things to Note:

Rivendell Winery provides tastings of a range of wines from the estate. They also offer lunch, beer on tap and a selection of cocktails that can be enjoyed on the undercover alfresco deck overlooking the beautiful gardens. The winery is open from 10am to 5pm Thursday to Sunday. Keep an eye out for extended hours during school holidays and sundowners during the summer.



Please note: This property includes all linen and towels supplied by BaytheLinen. The property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.



School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings.



**NOTE FOR THE TV:

For the TV, the signal from the antenna has always been in and out here, it is something that unfortunately out of our control. All the TVs are smart TVs and channels are available to stream.
