This amazing 3x1 newly renovated home is the ideal spot for family and friends to get away and relax. The house is tucked away; offering you a peaceful environment while still having all the atmosphere of being super close to everything. A short walk will take you to the main street, Busselton Jetty and the foreshore. Bring your bikes or Trailer of beach gear down and securely store it in the lock up garage.
The homes comprises of 3 Bedrooms, a teenage hangout zone 1 Bathroom and 2 toilets.

Bedroom 3- x2 King singles
The TVs all come with Netflix, Stan, Binge and Kayo.

HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or rowdy behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

    Good communication from host. Clean and comfortable. Loved the quite location with shops and jetty within walking distance. Multiple hangout outdoor zones which was great on hot days chasing a breeze. Would be happy to stay there again

    Everything you need for an easy family holiday to explore the local area...or do an Ironman! Light and bright, lots of places to sit and chat. Fully equipped kitchen, even a blender! Super easy self check in and check out. Loved it!

    Well located to town centre. House was clean and well rquipped. I liked the little touches such as jigsaw puzzles and guest umbrellas.

    Great location, quiet area, walking distance to shops, beach and pier. Nice outdoor area. 2 toilets, air con and fans in bedroom as weather was warm. Beds weren’t comfortable, way too firm and beds squeak every time you moved. pillows ok

    It was an ideal place to stay for a family with teens or young adults, as it was lovely and quiet. We rested well here and would recommend it to all who are after a home away from home. There was plenty of space and couches to chill out on, a generous-sized kitchen, and a short walk from the main city center, cafes and the Busso jetty. Accurate listing.
