Welcome to “Pebbles by the Bay”, your characterful beach shack ideally located in central Busselton, just five minutes to the beach and an easy fifteen minute stroll to town, Busselton Jetty and the town centre.

Holiday like yesteryear and enjoy 1940s style in this cosy little shack set in a huge established garden with fruit trees and lots of colour.

The home is on the older side, with many original features and charm. It does show its age in places, with, for example, some minor cracks in the plaster work, however it is completely sound, clean and tidy. If a sterile white box is your thing, this isn`t the home for you - but if you enjoy period features and are seeking a traditional down south holiday experience, you`ll enjoy it here!

Upon arriving, you`ll find parking for two cars on the freshly installed concrete driveway. You enter via the front verandah (a great spot to watch the world go by, wine in hand) into the main open-plan living area. The area features the living room, dining room and kitchen. There`s air-conditioning, two ceiling fans, a TV with chromecast - so you can watch your apps - and the kitchen has all the appliances you`d expect plus nespresso coffee machine.

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The two minor bedrooms are small, but also have proper sized comfortable queen beds and ceiling fans. There`s also a bathroom with a green bath (remember those!), a shower and basin. The WC is in a separate room and there is also a washing machine in the laundry.

Outside, accessed from the kitchen / dining room is an alfresco area looking on to the large enclosed back garden. This has an outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ and a pizza oven.

It enjoys a great, very quiet location, close to the beach and town - you`ll be next to everything, but wouldn`t know it when you`re listening to the birds sing and the bees buzz in the lovely mature garden!

The whole home is yours to enjoy.

Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No parties – quiet after 10pm. No smoking even outside or within the complex. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.

    The host was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
