Pelican Breeze is perched overlooking Lake Victoria, with uninterrupted water views from the comfort of the kitchen and lounge room, not to mention the views from the decking, perfect for your family holiday or remote working perhaps for a longer period.brbrThe property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spread out over 3 levels with additional water views from 2 of the lower level bedrooms, with an open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area on the top level.brbrThe main bedroom has a queen bed, there is a double bed in the second room, and a further queen bed in the second downstairs bed room, sleeping capacity of 6brbrAccess to Lake Victoria and beaches is about a 3 minute walk, and easily visible from the deck. brbrLike many, we are dog lovers, and we know just how much our dog enjoys coming with us, so if your well behaved dog would like to join you on holidays, please feel free to bring them. The property is full fenced, all that we ask is that you bring a towel or similar for your dog to lay on when they return from the beach, and naturally if you can dry your dogs paws off before letting he or she enter that would be greatly appreciated. No cats please.brbrAccommodation for your car is provided under the roof line, via an open garage.brbrWe just ask that assuming you treat your house well, that you return the favour to us also, and treat this house in the same way, leaving it as you find it.brbrAdditional InformationbrbrThe home is located in arguably the nicest / quietest part of Loch Sport, very close to the lake beach, which as you can see from the pictures you get a 180 degree view of from the back deckingbrbrLoch Sport is well serviced by the local businesses including, Loch Sport Marina Hotel, Supermarket & Bottle Shop and Bakery. There is also an RSL, Bowls club, General Store, Take Away Food Shop, Boat Marina, Tennis Courts, and Golf Course. The serene Ninety Mile beach is a short (Five minute) drive from the house. brbrEntry to the National Park is basically at the end of the street.brbrWith at least two boat ramps, Loch Sport has a boat ramp to suite the small to the very large vessels.brbrFor those who enjoy fishing from the shore line, it goes without saying that there are more places to get a line wet than one can mentioned.brbrLoch Sport generally has slightly cooler temperatures than Melbourne during the Summer months, and slightly warmer during the winter. The home has a reverse cycle air conditioner, with electric panel /oil heaters in each of the bedrooms to take the chill off. brbrThe home is a smoke free zone,brbrWhat should you bring with you:brbrPlease bring your own bedding (sheets, pillows and pillow cases(due to COVID), and sleeping bags or doona and doona coversbrbrPlease bring your own towels (beach, bath, hand and tea towels) no towels are provided.brbrThere is basic coffee and tea facilities, also an Aldi coffee pod machine is available however you should bring your own ALDI pods. There is also a coffee grinder and plungerbrbrAnd please remember to bring a towel or two for your K9 companion.brbrPricing:brbrPrefer bookings of 7 days or more for Christmas holiday period (however we are flexible). Bookings of 3 days for long weekends & 4 days for Easter and other long weekends. brbrSecurity bonds: because of the way the online system works, you will be refunded your security deposit 7 - 10 days after vacating the property after and a property inspection is completed(which happens immediately upon departure). brbrCheck in Time - 3:00 PM brCheck Out Time - 11:00 AM - late check-out available on weekends except during Dec/Jan hols (check with owner). brbrIt is your responsibility to clean up after your pet - please pick up after your dog. brbrSmoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. brbrDeparting - Basic Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged.
