(bring your own linen and towels)brSeparate toilet and good bathroom facilities and hair drier.brguest soaps supplied and toilet paper( min 3 rolls) for your convenience.brThere is a large lounge area with dining table to seat 8, TV in the main lounge area.brA separate TV in the bedroom with which can be used for games and dvds so that it is away from the main TV.brKitchen has all utensils, crockery, cutlery, electric wok, frying pan, dishwasher and microwave oven plus your convention oven and hot plate.brall dishwashing liquid and tablets supplied, tea towels and basic condiments supplied.brSugar, Coffee, Tea supplied. Kettle and toaster, brsafe under house parking, ample parking for boat, jet ski, brlocked trellis area to hold fishing items, esky, bikes.brfolding beach chairs x2 and for kids x 2 in trellis area for your usebralso pusher for toddler to save you bringing one of your own (trellis area)brhigh chair (kitchen)brporta cot (in cupboard)brbaby bathbrOutside on the deck area, you can take in the views while enjoying a bbq, there is also a portable cooker which is great for cooking fish outdoors (appreciate not to cook fish indoors please). we also have an electric wok (kitchen cupboard)if you wish to use this on the deck to cook your fishbrwe now have a second fridge for your convenience.brEnjoy the views from inside the house or from the deck. all you have to do is sit and relax and take in the serenity of the area. brBirds and Kangaroos make up your daily visitors.brThe house is situated one street from the lake where you can try fishing for mullet and bream at sunset and enjoy the great views as well.brThe 90 mile beach is not far, a close drive will take you to the surf beach where good catches of salmon, tailor and flathead with gummy shark at dusk can be targeted.brThe McLennan Straits is also good for nice bream and mullet.brso if you like your fishing, you have a choice of the lake, surf or straits.brThe 20 minute drive through the National Park will take you through some native bushland and wildlife onto the Jetty and sandy lake beach. Bush BBQs available.brThe bakery, shops, Sanctuary Café, RSL, Golf, Marina Restaurant are all not far, just a short drive.brif you still crave your shopping then Sale is just about 40 mins drive.brWe are sure that you wont be disappointed.brbrPlease bring your own linen. Pillow cases, Sheet, Doona cover and towels. brPLEASE DO NOT USE THE BED COVERS - it is expensive to have cleaned. If you forget, please let us know and we can organise linen but there will be a charge for washing it.brbrPLEASE NO PETS ALLOWEDbrbrNo smoking inside the house at all timesbrbrGetting there.brbrPlease be mindful of kangaroos at all times, especially at dusk on the sides of the road as you enter the town.brDrive in past the store, turn right and then left - Sanctuary Road.brtravel to the end of the road, (T intersection) turn right then left on National Park Road.brTravel down National Park Road, past the hall on your right,brBP Service Station and bakery on your right, look out for Toorak Ave, and turn left.brthen right on Mary Street.brno.18 Mary Street is at the top, intersection of Pelican and Mary Street.brbrthe keys will be put in the key safe on the day of your arrival.brthe Safe Key Box is on the cross beam in Front of the shed door.brthis is the shed under the house. NOT AT THE SIDE OF THE SHED.brbrPlease return the key to the safe box on your departure and unscramble all the numbers.brbrPut your garbage in the bins provided. Monday is collection day so please put the bins near the road on Sunday night.brbrALL WE ASK OF YOU IS THAT YOU RETURN THE HOUSE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS ON ARRIVAL.brbrSecurity deposit will be refunded to you as per the HomeAway policy any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.br
