Lakeside Beach House - Child & Dog Friendly

House was so clean and neat and clearly well maintained. The location was perfect too. The thing that topped it all for me was how considerate the owners were in providing little things like an optional gate for the deck so my dog couldn't roam too far as well as bowls and a bed, or the 3 types of coffee and umpteen types of tea, variety of milks AND bottled water in case tank water wasn't to my taste. The house felt like home but I never felt like I was in someone else's home, more like I might have been in a guest wing. I highly recommend spending time at this house.

This property is 110%, and I've provided details above. In addition the owners provide just about everything likely to be needed other than staple food. The home is stocked with every conceivable item and gadget likely to be needed. I have never encountered such diligent owners and they certainly made staying there a pleasure. I'd like to make 2 comments but they should not be taken as a criticism of a terrific property and presentation. These comments are just to be helpful. (1) instal a TV wall bracket for the bedroom TV to make viewing more comfortable, and (2) replace the caddy in the shower with a wall mounted unit with bottles away from the shower taps.

The hosts were very helpful, we were very comfortable and the house was extremely well stocked. Everything was laid on and generous.

Best ever stay , 10/10 for everything well stocked you don’t need to bring much at all .Absolutely everything you need is there or in a cupboard.Short walk to lakes Hosts are the greatest. Clean and tidy home . Will definitely go back and our little dog had a great time with great fencing for our pooch , Granddaughter had fun feeding the magpies out of her hand . Totally would recommend this place for your holiday and very pet friendly.Also well catered for thankyou for a wonderful holiday Christine

House was right near the water, clean, easy communication with owners, lots of DVDs and books and even had drinking water for us, coffee and tea, we felt very welcome and are grateful for the hospitality!

Nice and quiet. Clean, all basic needs met, well located.

The house was exactly as described, check in process extensively covered in the sent file. We have stayed in many houses and this one was by far the best stocked for everything you could possibly need, from bottled water to insect repellant, there was plenty of staple pantries and the coffe machine was great, also came with very clear I structions. Would highly recommend this house and hosts

Everything we needed for relaxing break was there - comfortable beds, clean and well located house. Great communication with owers.

As a dog friendly accomodation it was perfect, with everything you need supplied and easy access to walking tracks and the beach.

The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen well equipped and lovely little touches like home made jam and a good range of herbal teas much appreciated. It was especially lovely to have the lake so close, beautiful lakeside walks, swimming and the 90 mile beach a walkable distance (50mins).very enjoyable.

Amazing location, clean and friendly locals. Easy access to beach, walk paths and local marina. Dolphins visit the alcove evenings and awesome fishing and wildlife to explore.

Great location, so close the beach and various walks we had a great time. The house is lovely, spacious and warm once we worked out the heating (air con). Thanks for all the extras things makes you feel very welcome, and we had everything we could need.

Don’t look past this place, such a great location and there’s plenty of room even if it’s only the top story you can access bar the laundry. Will be going here again, highly recommend! The hosts were so easy going with everything

What a great place! Excellent location for kayaking, walking the dog and just generally relaxing! Quiet, well appointed, clean and everything we needed was provided! Carolyn and Peter were friendly and helpful hosts. We would love to return.
