The kitchen has all you need to cook including an integrated convection oven and microwave, a pod coffee machine and dishwasher for your convenience.brThe dining space seats four or even six if you have guests and flows onto the side terrace with a cafébrtable for two. brThe living space has a three-seat lounge and a single armchair with a great view out over the outdoor setting on the deck to the green tree filled garden.brThe bathroom has a bath with an over bath shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer and washing machine and plenty of hot water.brPets are welcome with a one off fee. There is even an architect designed, and well loved, outside dog kennel with bed.brbrPlease be mindful the the house steps down with the slope of the land so there is a “bridge” at the front door. Steps down into the house and two sets of steps in the house. Likewise, there is a car spot with a short steep gravel driveway or there is plenty of free parking on the street.brbrSo, if you are an individual, couple or family coming for the night, the weekend, or the week thenbrthis is the place for you.
