You walk in the door and feel so at home. The room is spacious and the king size bed is so comfortable, with fluffy pillows and crisp, white sheets. The vase of flowers and the delicious cake were a welcoming touch. It was lovely to relax with a cup of tea. The decor is perfect, I love the calming blue. Jennie and Steve are so friendly and welcoming. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Set on a well kept horse farm, the studio was well appointed and luxurious. Much better in real life than the photos! The hosts were welcoming, and provided a freshly baked carrot cake and bottle of milk.

Owners hospitality was second to none. Very helpful in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

A beautiful stiudio with fabulous amenities including wifi and super cosy comfy King Bed. All set on a picturesque and quiet location. Hosts Jennie and Steve are absolutely fabulous. Its the perfect base to local tourist attractions such as the Asylum, everything Ned Kelly and Beachworth Bakery.

Jennie and Steve’s hospitality was fabulous..the cottage was fully stocked with delicious goodies the bathroom presented complete with toiletries..the property beautifully maintained with flowering hedges and blooming trees After arriving we walked up to a hill top view with our doggie sat in the tall grass and watched the sunset. The sound of birds and horses outside our room made it for a memorable evening,,

This is an excellent place to stay, particularly if you have a dog. The place itself is spotless (as is the farm). Only a couple of minutes out of town - which was no drama. Jenni and Steve were very welcoming - and the banana cake was beautiful ( as well as a nice surprise). I would recommend staying here.

The hosts were welcoming, kind and hospitable and really protective of our privacy at the same time. Jennie is a great cook and left us a delicious cake which we just loved.We were very comfortable indeed there and really enjoyed meeting and spending a little time with Jennie and Steve. It is just a few short minutes in the car from the centre of Beechworth but you are surrounded by rolling hills, trees, flowers, peace and quiet. I highly recommend staying there.

Such a beautiful property owned by such beautiful people! We absolutely loved it there, Jennie was so welcoming and lovely, clear and open communication from the time of booking right through to us leaving! She even had muffins for us on our arrival! The actual accomodation we can’t fault, it was the perfect size for myself my friend and my 6 month old Pomeranian puppy. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed iv ever slept in I just wish I could have had more time in it! My pom was able to go on a big walk on the property and see horses for the first time! Highly recommend staying at this property! Thanks again Jennie, we look forward to staying with you Steve and Bobby again soon!

Jennie and Steve were great hosts and we had a very nice stay in their beautiful cottage. The cottage is cosy, well equipped and set on farm land only a few minutes drive to Beechworth. So nice that they welcome pets and our groodle had a great time too !

Location was in a nice quite area but also not too far from the main town so it was perfect.The host were also so amazing and friendly, gave us great tips for the area, and just really good humans! From the warm welcome on arrival to the comfortable bed, excellent shower and plush towels…this little gem was a fabulous spot to rest after a long drive. The thoughtfulness was really appreciated, a fresh baked cake under a lovely glass dome, a fruit bowl and my preferred milk in the fridge such kind generous touches. Jennie and Steve are outstanding hosts, warm, welcoming, extremely friendly, thoughtful, considerate, kind and generous people. The studio is located in beautiful surroundings where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the countryside. The studio is immaculate with everything you could possibly need, the bed is incredibly comfortable and there is sufficient hanging space and ample room to relax. There are so many thoughtful extras (to many to mention) and the most delicious homemade cake for afternoon tea!We shall certainly return if we have the opportunity and would certainly extend our stay. Jennie and Steve certainly made this experience extremely memorable!

Had a beautiful stay in Beechworth with my dog, Rooney. Lovely surroundings, loved the horses and alpacas! The town of Beechworth was very easily accessible - will definitely return.

We had a great stay in this cute cottage. Lovely new bathroom. Kitchen had all the facilities you could want. Large bedroom with a comfy king bed. You could walk to the centre of town and it was very close to the lake. Bonus is off street car parking. Annie, the owner, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Jennie and Steve hosted my partner, my dog and I on our drive back from Sydney. Lovely location on a farm just out of town. The room was appointed with a lovely big and comfortable bed as well tasty homemade muffins. Steve offered for me to plug in the EV which was very kind. Highly recommended for any couple (and dog) wanting to explore in and around Beechworth.

Immaculate studio cottage in idyllic setting. Hosts could not have been more welcoming. It’s a very short drive to town. Attached to back of the host’s home, but very private. Lots of space walk a dog. Superb.

We stayed 2 nights at Jennie and Steve’s farmstay which is situated at the back of their own house on a huge 26 acre property. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jennie with a little ‘welcome’ package of chocolates and home made muffins. The farm-stay is dog friendly, so we also brought along our little fur baby. Although the room is situated behind the main house, Jennie and Steve are very respectful of your privacy The open space planning of the room contains a well stocked kitchenette, flat screen tv, very comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Jennie and Steve encourage you to explore the farm and meet ‘Bobby’ (their fur baby) the farm horses and lamas as well. Overall a very relaxing weekend away. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Hands down one of the cleanest, well set places ive stayed. Couldnt faults the accommodation
