Stayed Jan 23, 2026Unfortunately there were some mosquitos and cockroaches in the house which made us feel uneasy. I know you can’t help them however the front door screen is completely broken so easy access for insects. Made sleeping a bit restless.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The kitchen and bathroom had been renovated. I’m not sure about the need for a spa bath especially as the rest of the house was in need of care and repairs eg the fly screen on the front door and the door step. Also there were a few items missing in the kitchen - no matches or way to light the cook top, no grater or collinder. We enjoyed our stay and there is some need for improvement

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This was a delightful cottage. It was very cosy and comfortable. We were able to stay quite warm when the weather was cool. No Wi-Fi was a minor inconvenience.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023This beautiful quaint little cottage has all the amenities and such charm. It is walking distance to the main shopping centre and close to churches (Christmas). We were searching for a quiet and serene spot to spend our Christmas and we were not disappointed. Thank you

Stayed May 22, 2024A practical stopover in a well equipped cottage, convenient to the town and attractions. If it allowed use of the fireplace, we would definitely return. Beechworth is a great winter destination, and a cosy fire in a charming cottage would just top the experience off.

Stayed Jan 14, 2024The property was neat and well outfitted. The cleaning products smelled a bit strong. We missed not having WiFi.
