Our house has 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms both with wood burning stoves, and sleeps 8 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for 8 at the dining room table (with 2 additional high top seats at the counter top bar). brbrOn the main level, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, a bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed (no closet available, as its in use as a locked owner's closet). Downstairs, you will find a full bathroom (with a full bathtub, as well as a washer and dryer), another living room and 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a twin over double bunk bed. The top bunk is only available for guests under 100 lbs. brbrThe living room on the main level has a TV with cable, Netflix, a DVD player (with a selection of movies), and some board games. The downstairs living room has a TV with cable, Netflix, an Xbox and Nintendo Wii (with a selection of games). A big hit with kids of all ages!brbrThe Chimney Hill community clubhouse is available for our guests' use during their stay - you'll have access to both an indoor heated and outdoor heated pool (summer only), an indoor hot tub, fitness center, kids play room/game room, a movie room and a BYOB bar/kitchen. Near the outdoor pool is a children’s playground. There are also an ice skating pond, a duck pond/fishing area, as well as basketball and tennis courts. brbrWe are located within a short drive to Mount Snow, with world class skiing/riding, as well as a golf course and mountain biking. The Haystack trailhead is within walking distance to our house; no need to worry about parking!brbrFour wheel drive and good tires are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED in the winter and spring.
