The Stowe recreation path is just across the road which gives you walking and biking access to the town of Stowe. There are also 3 breweries located within a 3 - 5 minute drive from the townhouse. Located in a small complex with a 2 car garage this townhouse is ideal for a family or group vacation. The back yard with a private hot tub overlooking a large pond is very quiet. Use of the hot tub is not allowed after 9PM. The main living area is open concept and decorated with Vermont Chic furnishings. The living room is focused around the gas fireplace with very comfortable sofas & chairs to enjoy a relaxing evening. A beautiful farmhouse table awaits you in the dining area with seating for 10 to enjoy your home cooked meals prepared in the chefs kitchen. The entry to the townhouse has a modest mud room to hang coats and leave your shoes. There is also a laundry room and half bath located on the first floor. The townhouse sleeps 10 in beds and has two Master Suites . One is located on the first floor with an en suite bathroom the second is located on the second floor also with a en suite bathroom. The other two guest rooms are roomy one has a Murphy bed with a sofa & the other guest room has a full size bed & a set of bunk beds. These two guest rooms share the 3rd guest bathroom. In between the upstairs bedrooms is a nice cozy area where you would be able to sit and relax with a book or work remotely. There is a printer for your use in the upstairs Master Bedroom closet.
