Kick back in the living room OR the theatre room OR enjoy the view from the deck or the front porch OR play a quick game of pool OR take a soak in the hot tub. As you can see by all the OR'S, there is something for everyone in YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!brbrThe spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare an awesome meal or a quick snack. There are plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses and cups plus a variety of pots and pans. Spices, napkins, food storage bags, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, sponges and trash can liners are available in the spacious pantry. Also stored in the pantry are many small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, 2 large and 2 small crockpots, griddle and waffle maker. Also, the pantry is home to a blender, hand mixer, juicer and electric tea kettle. Larger crowd for meals No worries. There is plenty of sit down dining including a breakfast bar for 4, a dining table for 8 and a larger dining table for 12-14 people...perfect for larger families. The spacious pantry and the cupboard storage is endless...there's a place for anything and everything you bring. If you choose to BBQ outside, there is a BBQ and extra propane in the garage.brbrThe bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet and dresser space. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closets. For babies...two cribs, a high chair and baby gates so they will be very comfortable. All linens are professionally laundered and sanitized. .brbrThe house has a gas furnace/AC. For cooler winter nights, there are 2 gas fireplaces; one in the theatre room and one in the living room.brbrAfter a day of sightseeing, skiing, hiking or whatever...you'll enjoy a great night's rest in any one of 13 comfortable beds. Too excited to sleep just yet Well, you can relax and enjoy TV in the living room, in your bedroom or in the theatre room on a 10-foot drop down screen. You can also enjoy the lights of the city and some quiet time on the deck PLUS there is an awesome view of the Wasatch Mountains from the front porch. As a finishing touch, you can take a relaxing soak in the hot tub (ready at 103 degrees) while enjoying the view of the city lights. My family has enjoyed this condo since the 1970's. We own this as a one week timeshare and the condo is professionally managed. This condo is double unit with traditional hotel side with two full beds and full bath on one side and an adjoining studio unit with Murphy Bed and Couch that folds out as well as fireplace and full kitchen. It can sleep up to 8 people but works best for 6 or less. Both units have sliding glass doors with balconies and gorgeous views of the mountain and ski slopes. You are in the Snowbird Village and right across the street from the WIlbere Lift so you can grab your skis and go. There is an outdoor heated pool onsite as well as a gym and oversized hot tub. The common property area also features a game room, laundry facilities and there is great restaurant onsite as well call Wildflower. Come visit the beautiful Snowbird Mountain Ski Resort which boasts Champagne Powder even in the spring! These units are only available from March 20nd through March 27th 2027. The slope facing Studio B and Bedroom B condos sleep 8 comfortably with 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and a full size murphy bed and king size sofa bed in the living room. They are adjoining units, so you can have privacy in the bedroom as the party goes on in the studio! There are two south view private balconies with stunning views of the mountain from the 7th floor. A gas fired stone fireplace to warm up after a long day of skiing/boarding. There is a full kitchen with island counter/bar, a dining room table which seats 8, plenty of dresser and closet space for all your belongings, and 2 full baths with an additional changing room and sink by each. Each of units has a TV and there is wireless throughout the lodge. Equipment can be stored in the room or in assigned lockers on the 2nd floor. brA concierge desk in the main lobby can assist with any questions or even purchase lift tickets without going outside! Amenities include: outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor adult hot tub, sauna, fitness center, coin operated laundry, game room. There is a great Italian restaurant in the lodge or a 5-minute walk gets you to the Snowbird Center with many dining establishments, a food market, liquor store, ski shops, and even a post office.brThe resort is a short 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport. Also, at the base of the canyon (15-minute drive) is Sandy, Utah with many restaurants, stores, super markets, and anything else that you may need. If you rent a car, we would suggest getting something that is all wheel drive, as the Little Cottonwood Canyon Road has restrictions during snow falls. But even if you don't have your own transportation, there is a bus that connects with the SLC public transportation system.
