Immediate eviction can result if these rules are broken.brTenant will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees. br5. Smoking: This is a non-smoking property, both in or on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage.br6. Damages: Tenant will leave property in good order.
