During extreme temperature periods, an evaporative cooler will not feel the same as central air conditioning. brHere is a little information about this home and heating system. It is heated with thermal Floor heating in the main Kitchen and Livingroom area. During the cold and winter months you will need to turn on all bedroom individual wall heaters and also turn the main front room thermostat to a normal setting about 70- 78 depending on the weather. With all these heaters on the house temperature will rise and hold very comfortable. The main Livingroom and Kitchen area will take some time to heat, but with all the bedroom heaters on they will all come together and heat the home very efficiently.brbrWe offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! They were in the process of demoing the old building. We saved it and gave it a new purpose! The lot it sits on had a birdhouse where a pair of birds would raise their young every year.
