Beautiful Kanab Home w/ Yard - Walk to Restaurants

This house looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. It's spacious and comfortable. It's located right off the main street so restaurants are nearby. Omar was great. He happened to be in his backyard and came up to us to greet us. I highly recommend this rental.

Omar was very helpful, made sure we had everything we need. The dog run was very useful. The rooms, beds were very comfortable.

Awesome! Magnificent! Captivating! Breathtaking! Inspiring! These words describe Omar and Lynne, their hospitality, their property—and local landscape: The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zions National Park, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Lees Ferry. I selected their home in Kanab for five nights to host a Chinese family’s first trip to America. Before we arrived, Omar provided all the information I needed for a simple and flawless check-in. When we arrived, my guests were delighted with this property. They kept saying, “So beautiful. So big. So nice.” Before unpacking their bags, they posted nine photos of “our new house” on WeChat. The next morning, Omar mapped out our four-day amazing adventure. Since this was my first visit the area, his knowledge and suggestions maximized each moment, providing a priceless experience. My Chinese guests enjoyed cooking their customary food for breakfast and dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. They slept so comfortably each night, providing ample time for me to start each day sharing a cup of coffee with Omar. Truly, our morning coffee together was the highlight of my trip! Because of this wonderful experience, Omar, Lynn and I are now planning a two-week Educational Adventure for some of my Chinese university students. My only regret is that I can only give them five stars!

The house was very welcoming - clean, comfortable and relaxing. A great place to return to after a day’s adventure. What a wonderful location for access to local hikes, amazing views and a short drive to Page to kayak.

The house is great. Easy to find and walking distance to loads of food places. Omar is cool. Their place is stocked with plenty of everything, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils. The space is great for socializing and just hanging out.

The house and location were perfect for our needs. Walkable to shops and restaurants in Kanab. Centrally located to a lot of fun spots to visit (Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Page AZ, Grand Staircase and various other great local spots to explore). Unfortunately the North Rim was closed due to fires, but we found plenty of other activities close by. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedding, etc. were all well stocked, and the house had all the amenities we needed. We loved the dry heat vs. the swampiness of the Southeast US. Evenings on the porch were wonderful! Thanks for a great vacation!

This is a really nice well-kept home, and we really enjoyed our time there. It is located just a half block off the main road and is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The owners do live next door and were friendly and easy to get along with. The only surprise I had from the listing was the parking situation. The gravel driveway to the side of the house is a shared driveway and is not available for parking. the driveway into the garage is in the back but is not long enough for a truck and trailer. So just be aware that there is plenty of parking for three trucks with trailers, but it is street side. This was not a problem after we figured it out with the help from the owner. Great home and I would stay there again. Highly recommended.

Spacious, super clean quiet location. Has all the amenities of home!Loved the location being close to the Main Street so we could walk to restaurants & shops. Central to the parks that we wanted to visit too. We stayed a week & we would definitely stay at this home again!

My expectations and experience was well above what i am use to. The homeowners are fantastic hosts. The property was in perfect condition when we arrived and the instructions were plain and reasonable. I most definitely will tell my friends about this location.

Lynne and Omar are excellent hosts. The home is very clean, located perfectly, enough parking for two trucks pulling trailers and ATV's. We had a beautiful time recreating in the Kanab area. Amazing landscape and views. Lynne and Omar were very accommodating! This is the 2nd year we have stayed here!

This was the perfect place for our Kanab adventure. The house had everything we needed. Very clean. Owner checked in before we arrived to share his contact info should we need anything. You can walk to most things Kanab from here.

Located in the center of so many amazing hikes. We loved the little town of Kanab and are sorry we didn’t get to spend more time there. Accommodations were good. Very responsive host.

This house is conveniently located to town, super spacey and clean.

The hosts are very accommodating and welcoming. The house porch has comfortable furniture and allows for a relaxing way to enjoy the evening. Kitchen is well designed and two bathrooms allow for privacy between friends. We especially appreciated having a safe place to park our UTV in front of the house.

This house was perfect for our time in Kanab trail riding with our side-by-sides. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks with trailers. House was very clean and well stocked - perfect for 2 couples. We hope to come back again next year. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, walking distance to many shops, activities, restaurants. Nice safe and clean neighborhood right off the main street. Home was clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Beautiful deck with outdoor seating. Nice stocked kitchen with all appliances and gadgets you would need to prepare meals. Great hosts available if needed but respected privacy.

This beautiful house is very comfortable and situated in walking distance of downtown Kanab. The neighbors are friendly and the area very welcoming and walkable. All in all, a splendid Air B&B and a great choice for anyone visiting Kanab or this part of Utah.

Very good location for our interest in hiking both local and within 2 hours. Omar, our host, was flexible and communicated well. The dog run was a plus. My only suggestion: Our family enjoys cooking together and while the kitchen was big and well laid out we had just come from a rental where all drawer and cupboard contents were labeled and that made meal preparation so much easier!

Comfortable beds, clean, well stocked and convenient to the national parks and to restaurants and shopping in town. Would definitely stay again.

We were 3 senior women. The space was great for us. The house is lovely with many interesting decorations. The host lives next door and was outside when we arrived. He greeted us and later in our stay his wife came over and spent some time with us. They are lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, as the weather was perfect. We walked to dinner twice, but we were on a quiet street. The town is cute. We went to the 3 National Parks and had easy drives to each. It was a great trip!!!

A very lovely home! Clean and well taken care of. Literally could walk to downtown for restaurants but neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our host was very kind and helped us with any questions we had about the area. Centrally located between all the southern Utah parks and the Grand Canyon. Great place for families. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Kanab and would highly recommend this home! The house is located a few steps off the main drag in Kanab and we were able to walk to a wonderful pizza place and the next morning to a lovely little cafe for coffee and pastries. The home is in a quiet area, extremely clean and very well appointed with everything you need. A local grocery store is also close by and is walkable as well. The location was perfect to allow us a day trip to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Thank you!

Very clean and well taken care of property! Centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon. Was perfect for our family group and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We felt very safe here and our hosts were kind and welcoming!
