Most of the neighbors have small hobby farms and orchards (no loud roosters nearby, thankfully). The views from the house are beautiful, including full views of Pine Valley Mountain. The sunsets and sunrises are gorgeous. California Condors fly overhead almost daily... and Great Horned Owls perch in the neighborhood at night.
