The 2nd home is 25 feet from main house and has the converted 3 car RV garage game room with upstairs 2nd-level kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (bunk room with 2 bunk-beds and queen bedroom) with one full bathroom. Each house has plenty of deck-space with views of the lake. Both homes do have several stairs to reach bedrooms and main living spaces are on 2nd floors. There is plenty of space to park several cars (10 very comfortably). Keep in mind the homes themselves are modest country-style homes with wood floors and rustic charm.brbr*IMPORTANT*brLAKE ACCESS: a boat rental service company can be arranged after the booking however they will not deliver to the home itself. The drop off/pickup for the boat rental will be arranged offsite. If you have a boat, you are welcome to bring it and there is a public boat ramp about 5 min away to access the lake. Please note that the waters can be shallow around the property and it may be difficult to access with your boat. We do have 2 covered boat slips on-site if desired. There are some hazards north of 1097 bridge so please do your research so you understand the risks associated with parking your boat at the property. brbrELEVATOR: There is an elevator in the main house that can reach the 2nd floor with queen bed. Please keep your dogs on a leash when walking them in the resort and pick up after them.brThere are 3 bedrooms including master downstairs with king size bed; second bedroom downstairs with queen bed and a loft with a queen bed. The loft is open to the main room. Full size kitchen and living area provides room for entertaining and the outdoor deck can accommodate up to twenty people so you can host parties and invite friends who are not staying at the cottage. The indoor folding table (seats 4) can be used outside with the outdoor dinning table (seats 6) so you can have outdoor dinner seating for up to ten people. The circular outdoor couches by the fire pit provide even more seating and people can use the fire pit table for holding plates and drinks as well.brbrYou will have full access to the entire house.brbrI live next door and I am often around to help out with any problems you may have. I do not use the deck when I have guests in staying in the rental property so it is for your exclusive use.brbrThe outdoor deck is a great place for socializing. The front porch is covered so you can sit outside even when it is raining. It offers a great view of the lake. Waters Edge is situated on a small cover at the northern end of Lake Conroe. It is the most peaceful cove on the lake and is great for fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The main body of the lake is just around the bend so you have full access to the entire lake, with plenty of room for boating, sailing, or riding jet skis. In addition to the pool, there is also a put-put golf course located on the property. There are many boat rentals businesses on the lake and fishing guides too. You can access the lake with by renting a boat or by using a fishing guide without incurring additional expenses unless you want to use the docks at Water's Edge. Inquire about additional fees if you want to bring your own boat.
