Modern luxury married with a touch of old Texas. It has 2 large decks with fire pits and lounging chairs to enjoy. The only view from the house is of nature and water. The seclusion and privacy allows you to disconnect and relax. The access to water is through a luscious green grass slope. Enjoy the wildlife and birds (eagles, owls, turkey) as you walk down the slope. The place has large indoor and outdoor dining table for fun filled family meals with a propane grill outside. One deck has a propane fire pit and one deck has a wood fire pit (wood available to purchase at the property). There is plenty outdoor seating for some great family/ friends moments.There are several cozy spaces in the house to relax, read or spending time with loved ones. There are 2 large TVs and a game room with a bar to enjoy with company and have a fun time. The house also has a foosball table and several board games to enjoy. My favorite part of the house is the porch swing bed. It is amazing comfortable, large and have breathtaking views. For me, sitting on it and swinging slowly, just slows down the world for me. Almost each bedroom has a direct access to the porch and also direct views of the lake. Waking up in the morning to these lake views are some of the most amazing moments we enjoy at the house. Did we forget to say hammock and picnic table by the lake and kayaks for your enjoyment brbrWATER ACTIVITIES :The lake water is great for water activities like fishing, swimming and Kayaking. We have 2 single Kayaks at the house that you are welcome to use.
