There is contactless door code entry 24 hours a day with a unique code to your stay for security confidence. While we have a private pool, it is not heated.brbrWe do allow up to (2) dogs though it does carry an additional 1 time fee of $75 per pet for additional professional cleaning. Please note that 2 is the absolute max and we do not offer a waiver on this. Dogs may not be left alone to bark, may not be on furniture & may not be allowed into the pool itself. The backyard does not have green space it is all pool. There is also a portable charcoal grill, and a round concrete table and benches, with a beach umbrella to enjoy an outdoor BBQ with a cold beverage. brbrThe wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away. It is about one block from the public beach access. The property is just a few steps away from Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance to several very good, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites! brbrEnjoy the vast cuisine selection in SPI, or cook your own meals. The kitchen has most of the basics, but if you like to cook, please bring your favorite spices. Bath towels and one set of linens per bed are provided. Complete with fireplace, bar seating and large 8 top dining table. The second entry has double glass doors. They open into the dining area, off of the patio and has convenient access to Casita. This can be a shared large patio with a patio table for 6. The dining area has a large bay window that looks out onto the patio, off of the pool area. This is a fully equipped kitchen. brThe Master has a king bed plus a twin trundle. The Master bath has a large( non jacuzzi) tub with walk in shower and double sink vanity. There is a separation of the two bedrooms with living room. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with fireplace.brThe adjacent bedrooms house twin beds and the queen bedroom has a private patio off of the pool area. In between is the bathroom with walk in shower.brbrThe UPSTAIRS has three stairwell accesses. One that is down the pathway to the Casita, one to the right of the property closest to the sidewalk leading to beach, the other is off of the master bedroom and leads to the pool area.brThe first entrance down path leads you to an approximate 600sq.ft.balcony. You can see the fireworks from this balcony, albeit it is at a distance. This entry opens into the kitchen that is fully equipped. It has a large dining table for 8.brThe area then leads into the living area that has the sofa sleeper.brThe Master room has a king bed along with a twin day bed. The Master bath has a large( non-jacuzzi) tub and walk in shower, along with double vanity. This bedroom has an approximate 250sq.ft. deck that has a pool view. Perfect for private sunning or quiet time.brThe two bedrooms have one with twin beds and one with queen bed. The rooms are separated by the bathroom that has a bathtub and shower combo. brbrThe CASITA has two entrances, one that is down the main path and one that opens onto large ground floor patio. The door can also be locked off and only accessed by the private patio on the opposite side. This efficiency style has a king, spacious closet area, small nook with two bar stools, a breakfast table with two chairs, a full kitchen- efficiency style. Oven with four burners, microwave and refrigerator. This part of the property faces the playground that sits on an entire lot. brThe playground has a play set and trampoline. It has plenty of room for horseshoes, corn hole, volleyball or whatever you can dream of setting up. Note-there is no lighting after dark. brThe Palapa is an area that has a table for 4 with shade to watch playground activities and or pool. The grill is usually housed in this location.brThe pool has a beach entry and the opposite end has a shallow/baby wading portion and hot tub opposite. The pool at it’s furthest depth is approximately 5ft. brThere is a pool bathroom with toilet, sink and full size walk in shower. brThe outdoor laundry room is located across from pool bathroom. brbrBeing centrally located you have great access at the end of the street, to the beach access. It is about a 3-5 minute walk. You cross over Gulf Blvd directly. It has showers to rinse and it is a quiet location. Not a few blocks away to your left is Wanna Wannas. To your right is the Palms Cafe.brbrOn Padre Blvd and almost next door (right) is a Wine Bar, Car repair if needed, and a Dollar General is 4 blocks to your left.
