3BR Ocean Front Corner Condo w Wraparound Balcony

Facility was great. Quick walk to beach entrance. Small issue with ants in kitchen. Mattress in master was awful! There is no twin bed as advertised. A single mattress on a wooden board on floor is not a bed an adult could use! Had to sleep on couch. Enjoyed the balcony although the entrance to balcony from upfront bedroom was blocked & unusable due to shade broken & couldn’t be raised to access sliding door to balcony! Owners should fix shade and replace master mattress. Disappointed in so called twin bed. Unusable unless your 3-5 years old. Not a 40 year old man!

Amazing place and great communication with hose

Fantastic location, clean and the view is unbeatable! I enjoyed small upgrades like hand soap bottle instead of those soap bars, showers drains well since its not a tub style drain, stocked pantry and lots of extra dishwasher tablets...just little things that makes the stay pleasent. Chris was quick to help with internet connectivity hiccup on day 1. It was a non issue during rest of our stay.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, wonderful accommodations, fabulous kitchen (stayed in and cooked all three meals) and relaxed above it all with the kids and other local family. Highly recommend Sea Vista!

Went for our daughter's 17th birthday. Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6. Location was nice; towards the end of the beach so less crowded. Relaxing and beautiful views from the balcony. Would recommend and return in the future.

The process to check in was not easy. Security didn’t know where our unit was located. We were not told only 2 vehicles were allowed. It was difficult to get a hold of owner. The property was okay but needs lots of updates. It was extremely hot when we arrived. Their fan did not work. The sofa look dirty and so did the floor. The carpeting in the building was dirty. The view was beautiful.

We had an amazing time. When we did encounter issues issues, Chris was amazing and on it at all times.

We have been coming to SPI for about 30 years. This condo did not disappoint. Location was wonderful. We hadn’t stayed in this area before usually more central of the island. The condo was clean and just as described. I got quick response with any questions from the host. The views were beautiful from the wrap around balcony. Easy access to the beach. The condo well supplied with bath and beach towels. We did bring our favorite kitchen supplies, pans, knives, spatulas and cooking spoons, it’s essential if you’re going to doing some serious cooking. The grilling area a was wonderful for steaks and burgers. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of closets and pantry space. Definitely recommend and would book again.

Everything was spectacular. The condo was perfect with amazing views of the gulf. The hosts answered any questions we had immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors who were so kind and welcoming. Also, we met, Virginia, the housekeeper of the condo, who also welcomed us and told me to call/text if we needed anything. She was priceless, we could have talked for hours.

Location is perfect! Condo is great! We never turned on the TVs as we were so entertained with everything else around us! Easy check in, great communication, great condo! Already planning next years trip!

Great location and beach access. Nice floor plan separating the kids from 2 adults. View!

Great location. Lights and light switches were confusing and were minimal. In the guest guide it asks to replace toilet paper, paper towels, detergent. Never was asked that from any VRBO. It is an old condo and shows. There is a trundle bed under one of the beds that was never mentioned.

Stayed with family. Very nice.
