Please use the spaces to the far left and directly in front of unit 1. Tents, campers, and RVs are not permitted. Two cars maximum at all times.brbrPOOL: A small pool shared with three other units is located behind the building. The pool is accessed through the side gate located on the right side of the building. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.brbrWASHER AND DRYER: Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer in the unit, complete with laundry supplies.brbrDINING ROOM: Provided is a dining table with seating for six (four chairs and a bench seat for two). There is also a hair dryer in each bathroom along with bath towels and wash cloths. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in tile seat. The guest bathroom has a shower with bathtub.brbrKITCHEN - We provide pots, pans, cookware and cooking utensils, dinnerware, glasses, wine glasses, some plastic to go cups, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, pitcher, blender, toaster, and even an ice cream maker! A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, creamer, sweetener and various spices is included. We do not enable the icemaker because of sanitary issues but there are ice trays in the freezer.
